Absolutely a waste of purchase, as I was setting up the tent, two of the bars got twisted and I didn’t even had the chance to use the tent. I also had warranty on it and when I tried to contact the warranty department because I didn’t take any photos or videos they were unable to refund me back my money. At a time of celebration for a graduation I didn’t thought about taking any photos of something that I didn’t even use but warranty department is saying that they do trust clients words yet they still can’t refund me back my money I paid in total $335 and all they said that they were able to give me back is $15 such a waste of money with no solution. I will definitely not buy again.UPDATE… the company reached out to me and we worked something out and I got my full refund, great customer service and I appreciate the understanding!! ... show more

Bought this to use at a backyard birthday party. It was easy to set up and take down and provided much needed cover on a rainy Saturday. Fabric is a little flimsy, but for the price, I wasn’t expecting it to be super high quality. It’s definitely nice to have and I will be using it again!

It is an awesome tent and much better than I expected for the cost. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the center beam is low and goes right across the center - I hit my head on it several times and I am only 5ft 3 - I had to sit and make sure every customer ducked under it

We bought two 10x20 tents and set them up right after we got them. One white tent looked and worked great. The top of other one was off-white and one of the metal bars broke as soon as it was opened the first time. It appeared to have some rust on it. The good news is that since we found this out quickly, we were able to return the broken tent and replace it with another one. One more thing, the pictures showing people hanging on the tent make it look like the bars are much more sturdy than they really are. Bottom line, it's a pretty good less expensive tent, but will be very careful how we store them or set them up. Oh, and we learned from the 10x10 we owned, don't leave the top on with too much wind... the tent becomes a parachute that goes up and crashes to the ground. ... show more

Its too short. The bottom of the canopy is nose level. I have never seen a canopy this short before. I purchased based on price and functionality assuming the canopy height fully extened would be as all the other ones I have purchased in the past. Boy was I suprised. Im 6'4", if you are over 5'10" and enjoy racking your melon and having a hunched over neck this would be a perfect fit. Aside from that, it take at minimum tow people to setup. Id suggest three though. The frame is flimsy but for the price its acceptable. My buddy has a 20ft Euromax and it raises up high enough for me to walk under with a hat on and not hunched over or being concerned about racking my melon. Further, the frame is stout enough that two people can setup with ease. Its more money but if you want something you might use once or twice, this will be fine. If your going to need one that will be used quite often then buy something else. ... show more
