Overall, good canopy for the price. The top/canvas seems to be pretty good quality. The height is easily adjustable and setup is pretty easy. Haven't used the walls yet but the bag handles have almost completely ripped off after only 3 uses. And really wish the bag had wheels due to the weight of it. During setup of the 3rd time using it, one of the side/canvas support bars broke at the middle where it bolts to the crossing bar. The screw holding it together was extremely loose, so assuming it moved and wasn't supported like it should have been. Going to have to check all other screws to make sure they are torqued properly, hopefully won't have to do that every time. The main thing I don't like about it is there is a support going across the halfway point that is the same height as the side supports, and I hit my head on it constantly. Usually the bigger canopies like this don't have this, but I will juat have to get used to it. Update: the company states they do not have replacement bars, so they refunded me enough to buy a replacement bar. Very prompt and friendly customer service! ... show more

I ordered Friday and I got it Saturday, so that was pretty rad. For the price it's great. You get what you pay for. Well these days, you actually don't get what you pay for. But my point is, it wasn't an expensive tent. This product was probably 50 bucks to produce. But it worked for my garage sale just fine. However it's not very tall. If you walk around in it, you will hit your head on the cross bars if you are 5'8" or taller. We put ours up on blocks to prevent knocking myself out after I hit my head about three or four times. 🤷🏻♀️ We (four of us was NEEDED) put it up on Sat. Sunday evening it started to rain. It rained for a week straight. Then two more days. Everything under the tent stayed dry. It got really windy on Monday; the sand bags provined were great. It does need more than those in a gust. Because of the shape of the roof it wants to lift off the ground. Had it not been for the sandbags it would have been a ball of tarp and polls in the street. It's a very thin and brittle kind of tarp. It's like a dollor store tarp if you've ever bought one. I can't see getting a whole lot of uses out of this, but when looking at these tents, a 10'x20' can run into the thousands. I needed to cover my stuff to protect it from the morning dew and the rain and it provided. I would use it for a party as long as I extend the legs with additional blocks or something. No wind and anchor it down as tight as possible. The walls provide extra support to the structure. Not extra suport, but necessary support. I would buy it again in the same situation. Or especially for a party or something like that when you really only need it the one time. ... show more

After some light rain, this tent collapsed. It is a terrible design. Not only did it collapse, the metal pieces actually broke and in half. Unfortunately, we had guests under the tent when it collapsed and broke and one person had to go to urgent care for stitches due to the sharp metal pieces that broke cutting them. These pictures were taken Sept. 11. The canopy was setup Jun17th in preparation for a party on July 1, When the canopy was removed from the frame on September 11, the entire side let loose as it was all brittle. Very disappointing. Send an email and was total they only support the product for 3 months. Terrible product and support. 11/13/23 received and email indicating they will credit me a partial amount for the defect item. I changed the rating this as they are now trying to satisfy me. ... show more

I got this for a EDM festival up at the Gorge amphitheater. Set up was easy, it had enough walls for good sun protection, Size was perfect, I had a 7X7 tent and it was in the shade the whole time. My only issues I have about this product is the walls are not wind resistance neither is the canopy top either. Second day in the event the straps ripped away from the walls and the canopy top, the wind gust was about 20mph maybe little stronger, I had to use zip ties to Cinch them back down. By the third and last day wind gust got up too about 30-40mhp and it lost all of its stability down the center support, it bent most of the bars and snapped one bar in half (picture). I would not use this item in a very windy area doesn’t have the support and stability for it. But in an area with very little wind or no wind at all this would work very well, I would also recommend better stakes or more of them 12 is not enough specially if you are going to use 4 of the 12 stakes to brace down the ropes. ... show more
