I’m not one to write reviews but I just had to write how well this tent held up! Vending art pieces at a festival near the ocean in NJ and we had 5 hrs of hard pouring down torrential rain and the tent kept everything dry and did well in the winds as well! Easy to install once you figure out directions. The only downside is that the directions are vague and pictures don’t really help. We practiced the day before and it was very easy to set up and take down on the day of. I highly recommend practicing first. The sand bags were good at keeping tent sturdy in wind and rain. I bought this to house our community feral cats (in cages) the night after they were caught before TNR and the night after their TNR before release. It jept them dry and safe. Then I used it as a work area are I stained a cabinet. It kept me and the cabinet dry and dust free. Unfortunately, I left it out one night (it was empty) when we had a big rainstorm with very high winds. It was weighted down at each corner (20 lbs each), but ended up blowing into the street. My neighbors rescued it. Two folding arms bent and there is a very minor tear in one side, but it still looks good and I have continued to use it. I will see if I can replace 2 bent supports as I figure they will have issues eventually, but I am very happy with this product. ... show more

Let me start off with the positives. Once assembled this is a very nice tent and when the walls are up it looks great. We used it at a football game last weekend and it was very comfortable inside. It appears to be very sturdy. Now for the not so good. This was very difficult to put up. The directions are pretty much useless. We were fortunate that people tailgating right near us had the exact same tent and were able to assist us. What are the odds? As it turns out with five people it went up in minutes. With one or two people, I would think this is going to prove to be challenging. Long story short, once you get the frame going, someone needs to go in the middle and turn the crank which will force the frame to expand to its full width. With a few people to set up, this is a very nice tent. We are using it again this weekend and I suspect on the second go around it will be a lot easier to put up with two people. Update: The 2nd time and beyond this tent has been much easier to use. You still need a couple of people to extend the frame (with the legs) but I'm very happy with it. ... show more

We really liked that this was so easy to set up. It does take two people to put together, but was very easy to do. Took about a half hour to put up. We had two storms roll through over the last two weeks, and as we were using it as a storage space with boxes and such, it stayed in tact and we didn't have issues with items getting wet. I bought this tent 2 months ago and it’s already trash. The tent metrial is very tin and it ripped. The worst part is the frame itself, it bend to where it is not fixable. I totally regret spending so much money on this cheaply made tent. Do yourself a favor and skip this product, find something better. If I can give it 0 stars I would. ... show more

I've had this for several months now and I'm extremely happy with it. After a couple setups and takedowns I can easily do it in about 20-30 minutes by myself, this includes anchoring and repacking into bag, would be much quicker with a second person. Most recently I left it setup in my driveway for over a month with a few wind and rain storms and it has held great. The top has faded from this but it still sheds the rain and remains solid structurally. Highly recommend this for anyone who needs either cover from the rain or sun. The walls help early and late when the sun is lower in the sky. I also sometimes only attach the walls at the top to allow breezes to blow through. ... show more

Loved this tent at first. Still kind of do. We've had it for a year now and use it 1-5 times per month. Some screws have come out of the frame and the carry bag is CRAP. It has completely fallen apart, as the tent is way to heavy for the frailness of the bag. The wheels worked for all of 3 transports, then they just fell apart/off. The tent is great, but really not for any kind of wind. Since the legs are so tall and straight up and down, it's really difficult to secure this large of a tent against the wind. The canvas is good, just the frame is too frail and wobbly. For our purposes I would not buy this again. I'm sorry to leave this kind of review, but I hope it helps someone out in the future. ... show more
