I absolutely LOVE my outdoor furniture set!!!! If you are like me and you have looked at tons of different sets, trying to find the perfect one but just can't, this is it. First off, this PRICE is UNREAL!!!! Second off, the QUALITY of this furniture is AMAZING!!! And third, COMFORT, hands down i love it. You don't sink. It's got great cushions. Scotchguard your cushions. The key is don't get them wet. The entire set, even there fire table comes with a waterproof cover. If you are leaving your house, put it on. Protect your investment. I purchased some navy lumbar pillow covers so there wasn't so much gray. Tied everything together with a blue rug i found on Amazon. And also purchased a little side table to go with this set that matched perfectly. Still spent under $1000. We waited until all of our boxes came in. Then we put things together. We put the couch together first, which was the hardest. Once we understood how that was done, it made everything else super easy to put together. Everything arrived in great shape. Everything lined up perfectly. We aren't tiny people and we fit just fine. The height of the set concerned me, until we put it together. It's great all the way around. Stop thinking about it, just do it!!! I'm so glad we did. (I'm also glad I'm picky, I never would of found this set if I wasn't).

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Had a new patio installed and needed furniture for it. We went to many in person stores, as well as browsed online and this set was the best bang for your buck. The couch took about an hour to put together, the loveseat about 45 minutes and around 30 minutes for the two separated chairs. So it is a little time consuming, however it is worth it. The seating is comfortable and doesn’t feel “cheap”. It feels that it will last a long time. The fact it includes covers is also a huge bonus. They have helped keep the elements off of the cushions (lots of rain so far, this spring!) The storage box makes for a nice place to put the covers, while using the couches/chairs.

arrived ahead of schedule. 4 pkgs across 2 days which was great. put the couch together one day. loveseat and chairs the next day. I can't speak for what other reviewers received. but I've read stuff about holes not lining up, the tools provided being crap, taking forever to assemble, ... I have a good selection of tools to choose from, but I chose to use what came with the furniture. I thought the ratchet was fine and thoughtfully sized. when my hand was in the tightest space or most awkward (not many of these at all), the ratchet was sized to be able to move fully. a flat wrench is a flat wrench. you absolutely could use your own, but it is not required and should not dissuade anyone. in terms of the holes not lining up, I'll guess that people fully tightened at each step. I would suggest that you look at the upcoming steps, see where pieces are coming together, get them all assembled loosely, and then tighten all the nuts and bolts across the multiple steps. in terms of the set taking a lot of time to assemble, OK what do you expect?? seating for 7 for $600-ish. sweat equity. the chairs are substantial and look good. we've had very heavy rains and wind, including an EF3 tornado less than 5 miles away. the chairs did not budge. the chairs are not highback. but I like being able to sit back and stretch my arm out along the back. just so this doesn't sound like a vine love fest, I'll say 3 things. first, while I appreciate the efficiency of the packing, shoving some of the cushions inside of the cavities was too much/tight. getting them out compromised the cushion filler. second, the back cushions aren't my favorites. the lumbar pillows even less a favorite. third, the covers are underwhelming. but I appreciate that they were included and I am using them. I would recommend this to friends. or strangers. but I'd want them to read this review and other reviews so they can make the right decision for themselves. I think it is a lot of good stuff for $600-ish.

I will start with the probems first. So it took at least 18 days to get it delivered. It was delivered in 5 different boxes. One of the boxes had a wrong chair part and the required part is missing. Not sure how long the seller will take to deliver that. Some of the screw packets were not numbered/marked so I had to identify the correct screws by comparing. Assembly does take a lot of time. And there are couple of places just not easily reachable so you need to get in awkward positions to get there. I wish there was an electric tool available to fit these kind of screws, I would buy it. It was a nightmare getting those pillows into the covers. The pillows that lean against the chairs/sofa do not stay in place, they keep falling due to the material of the cover. The good part is that the set is beautiful. The color is exactly like the picture. The bottom pillows are thick and I am happy about that. The material looks promising and it will hold. They also provided covers for all the furniture. Finally, I am happy with the purchase.

Nice patio set for the price. Ours is covered by a pavilion, so they should last longer. Both the plastic wicker and cushions are easy to clean. The upper cushions can be moved by the wind, so one may want to think about placement. The propane fire table is nice and adjusts well. Although the bugs like it also and I have fried a couple. Overall, we are pleased with the set and they make a great addition to our other seating.

This set is easy to assemble, nice looking, comfortable and sturdy. We are currently on our second year with this set and it gets almost daily use in the spring & summer. The furniture and cushions have both held up well even with being climbed on and being turned into forts by two toddlers. The cushions are comfortable and are easy to wipe clean. The set is lightweight, and easy to move. We have been impressed with the value of the furniture for the cost. Would definitely recommend. *The set is kept on a covered porch and is not exposed to the elements*

We were looking for some patio furniture and decided to go with this set. Overall the set is nice and functional. I love that it comes with protective covers to protect the furniture from weather. This was a bit of a pain to put together but so worth it! Directions were easy to follow. We did receive the wrong color of cushions in one of our packages, therefore I called customer service and the next day they sent the right color! Very pleased with the customer service and shipping!

I love it! It looks great and is comfortable. I might sleep out one of these nights. I paid a man to put it together and he told me my glass for the fire wasn't the right one. I decided to look at it myself and was able to put it together without any issues. Everything is perfect.
