I no longer write many reviews but felt I should give praise where praise is due for these patio chairs. This is an excellent product. The instructions were excellent, the parts of high quality and even the enclosed tools are extremely useful, particularly the ratcheting wrench that made assembly almost a pleasure. The are extremely comfortable and a great addition to our deck. Other reviews not the color is more denim than the royal blue that is pictured but that is small potatoes. Highly recommend.

chairs are fabulous...they are as described and pictured, and especially comfortable for taller people...man 6'3'' woman 5'9'', even though cushions not yet fully expanded from vacuum pack...very easy to assemble, though 2 people makes it much easier...very good quality...amazing flat pack, as they arrived in two boxes and no damage at all...ottomans were not available with this order, hope we can purchase direct from Nusbay in the future...think they are out of stock...you can't go wrong with this set....ron

Great price and learned how to use the tools and also used a drill with a flexible extension to make it easier on the tight areas then the ratchet. Sometimes my husband had to help but I assembled it mostly myself. Have someone on standby to help. The furniture is very comfortable and very pretty.

We were nervous spending this much on furniture sight unseen. However, our shipment arrived yesterday and was extremely well packaged with all parts and cushions. Each piece was labeled and the directions were clear. It did take my husband all evening to assemble, but considering the set includes 6 items, that is to be expected. The cushions are comfortable on day 1, although it does say they make take 10 days to fully inflate. Have not had the set long enough to comment on durability, but it seems well made. The color is very much a denim blue - not quite as bright as the image on the screen but a very attractive blue.

I am extremely disappointed with my purchase of the NUSBAY Outdoor Swivel Rocker Patio Chairs. While the chairs look decent out of the box, the core function – the swivel rocker mechanism – is severely flawed on *both* chairs. They are completely out of kilter and have a concerning tendency to lean to one side. Sitting in them feels unstable, almost like I'm going to fall out, which is not what I expected from a patio chair. Amazon offered to replace the chairs, which I appreciated, but the process is a complete hassle. It requires me to completely disassemble the faulty chairs, repackage them (which is an issue since I've already discarded the original box), and then assemble the new set when they arrive. While assembly isn't difficult, it's tedious and time-consuming, and having to do it all over again due to a manufacturing defect is incredibly frustrating. Frankly, I wish NUSBAY would just send replacement bottom mechanisms so I could fix the problem myself without the headache of disassembling and reassembling entire chairs. This purchase has been a significant disappointment, and I am very unhappy with the quality and the cumbersome resolution process. I cannot recommend these chairs.

Very nice patio set! The swivel gliders are so comfortable as is the three seat sofa. The seat cushions are 6 inches thick which feels great after a long snooze! The ottoman cushions are 4 inches thick which is plenty for feet resting. The chairs glide and swivel smoothly. The frames all feel strong and sturdy and blue color is true to picture. Assembly was not difficult. A small ratchet is included as well. One piece of the sofa was missing but was shipped out quickly by Mia in customer service! Overall we are very happy with this purchase.

Shipment arrived earlier than expected. We were skeptical at first since the 2 chairs, table and cushions were packed in just 2 large boxes; however the cushions were compressed which made sense once we opened the boxes. Assembly was rather easy and quick but we did not receive enough nuts to complete the assembly of both chairs and the table. Contacted Mia at Hillga and she expedited the shipment of the hardware- great customer service! Chairs are comfy - especially like the high backs and the feature of rocking and swiveling.
