Update 3/6/2025 I reached out to support and they were EXCELLENT!! WOW. Got my issue cleared up and good to go. Rating updated from 3 to 5 stars! 1st Eating Was 3 Stars/Review Below Def a step above many imo, including WZYE. Clear, movement is good and mic is incredible!! Glad I bought a 4 pack. I got sick so I couldn't put them up right away..bought these in Nov 24, 2024. Put these up last month... Again..app is easy, configuration is easy. Problem, because they are motorized, one already stopped full range of motion and that a bad thing. That didn't last long. This is the only reason why it gets 3 stars. Records video precisely, mine connected to my network fast and I used it on 5G with little issues. Sometimes they disconnect, but mostly just ask to switch the vid quality. Once in a while I will, but it runs great all day. I don't know if the tracks/teeth on the ptz are bad etc, but not being able to have full mobility in such a short time is aweful and it wiggles on the base a little. It didn't when Ist bought it. Doing it now. I'll let Would I buy again? Most likely yes. As the software gets better and it adds a few more features, it would be a big deal. It has parametric view it can capture if you set it up. Resolution - A+, motion capture is B+ (a little slow processing what it records) but is decent camera. I don't know how long this one will last, but we'll see ... show more

We have a clear picture both day and night. It was very easy to set up. I was so impressed by the companies willingness to make things right so I am changing my review to 4 STARS. Very good customer service and great cameras. We got our camera for Christmas and put it up. That night it rained. We woke up the next morning and our camera view is pink. We restarted. Reset. I saw this camera at a family member's house and thought about upgrading my Blink wireless cameras, as the battery consumption was higher than I expected, since I placed them in an area with much movement and had to replace the batteries very often. The only difference here is that these cameras can connect to a 5Ghz network for faster response, also have 4k UHD quality, and pretty good features to set up your notifications. But the best part is that they plug into a regular power strip, though this version is USB and comes with a plug, which saves a lot when it comes to swapping batteries, even if you have rechargeable ones. The storage capacity through subscription is more flexible, as the Blink ones might be restricted depending on where you are located, and you need to stick with the free trial, which is unlimited in those cases. Now I can use my Blink cameras in another spot where I don't need frequent monitoring. ... show more

Been using Dekco Cameras a few years now and found them to be a very reliable camera until recently they ran on the Cloudedge App now Dekco introduced there own app which I found to be much better then cloudedge but unfortunately the older Dekco cameras did not work with with the new Dekco App so I needed two apps to run 6 cameras. 4 on cloudedge and two on the Dekco app.Now Cloudedge is pulling a fast one where it will not record events to the SD card you need to purchase a cloud subscription don't really want to do that so I was left with little choice dump everything and start over with someone else or convert everything over to Dekco the decision was pretty easy since I like Dekco's new app and I find their cameras to be very reliable and great quality its off to Amazon to replace the older Dekco Cameras and dump the Cloudedge App.altogether If your just starting out with a new setup I would highly recommend going with Dekco their cameras and app outshine the others ... show more
