The oven shipped with a broken pizza stone made to sit inside the unit. When we got it we called the manufacturer. This was after assembly that we notice the stone was in pieces. They told us that it could take up to a month to get a new stone as “they are made in China”. We returned the unit and exchanged it for another one. This one came with a burner box screw insert missing. This means there is no way to properly secure the handle to the hotbox. There is also no way to repair this issue as there is no way to get to the sealed compartment where the threaded insert should be. At least not easily. We called and started the process for another return. After three days of hearing nothing from them we queried them once more. The reply stated they would refund us $30 if we keep it “as is”. Unacceptable!! A faulty burner box could mean serious injury if it flips around and dumps hot coals on ones lower extremities. Though it will likely make no difference, we will report this issue to the Better Business Bureau. I will close by advising all who read this to spend a little extra and buy the Oona brand. I am attaching a snapshot of the email received by Vevor along with pics of the defective parts. Unbelievable! PLEASE DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

I have been looking for quite some time now for a good wood fired Pizza Oven of both quality and price. This item has exceeded my expectations. Had one slight hiccup due to the pizza stone being broken upon arrival. It was very easy to contact the seller, great communication, seller was able to assist me with my damaged item. Putting the Pizza oven together was not complicated either. All parts aligned to where they needed to be. Cooking my homemade pizza in this wood fire Pizza Oven was very easy and took approximately 4mins on a temp of 500 degrees F. We used hickory and oak wood which gave it a great taste. Pizza tasted amazing, so much better than making my pizza in the kitchen oven!!! I would most definitely recommend this product and the seller. I hope this Pizza Oven do stand the test of time. :)

When i received the package it was a little damaged but nothing out out of the normal amazon delivery. First the good , It appears to be of good quality. Its not light by any means and should have satisfied my needs I researched this one and it appeared perfect. n I like that it can use wood pellets or charcoal. The bad , first the instructions or lack of. It came with one sheet and you have to figure out how to assemble this by looking at a picture on the web. Second Mine was damage , It was bent around the front and looked like plyers were used to unbend it. Mine definitely was not new. Lastly there is covering over all the parts that need to be removed can see this causing a problem if you don't realize that its sticky covering the metal. I was hoping to get a replacement but that wasn't offered so I had to return the unit and by an ooni since this was a gift. I believe it could be great i just couldn't use mine

Couldn't live with out it!. Having a temperature gauge really makes it easy to know when it's ready to cook pizza. We're going camping at the beach can't wait to use it there. 😎

Not great, but it will make some pizza. It's tough because you can't get the temp perfect like in a brick or ceramic pizza oven. It's hard to make a larger pie too, not a lot of space. The fact that it is wood is great because you can change the flavor some. Very easy to burn the bottoms, so be careful. Not difficult to put together at all, but not really strong and stable, so it needs to be put on a flat surface for sure.

This oven came an absolute MESS!! The screws came in a seran wrapped mess, like it was a return. No labels at all as to what screw was what. Half them missing. It also came looking like something was spilled on it, or it was used for several weeks before being returned and sent to me. NONE of the holes line up to put it together! There was a big dent on the side and was TOTALLY not worth the money. Do NOT buy this!!
