it took this 71 yo girl eight hours total, sitting down, to put this whole set together, including the fire pit. I read the instructions first and examined everything. So I took my time. Only used the power driver to tighten everything up. Easy instructions, came in five boxes, although one came three days later. Nothing was missing, had a few extra pieces of hardware, and even an extra seat top and bottom cushion cover. And an extra small pillow cover. This set is lightweight and easy to move, came with clips. I texted them about the missing box, and they immediately responded that it was arriving the next day, it was my fault that I didn't check the tracking number. Cushions are 5" firm memory foam, mattress quality and perfect to sit on, back cushions very fluffy and substantial, all material smooth and nice and would wipe well. Rattan is great quality, weatherproof. Feet adjustable. many arrangement options. Fire pit is amazing and great quality, has blue stones and glass protection for kids! (Put cushion seat covers on inside out and pull over the cushion, this was the hardest part). High end quality for a bargain price. I checked everywhere and am glad I picked this set and company. This product I exceeded expectations. Most reviews complain about assembly but I found it very simple. Each chair was 3 peices needing about 8 screws all were labewd and instructions were clear. You get in a rhythm and before you know it, your done. Cushions are superior to most others. Super dense thick foam pads. Getting them in the covers is a challenge but folding the pad in half and sliding into the cover worked well. We received 2 extra ottomans out of the blue no extra charge. Customer service was great. We had 2 cushion covers that had popped seams and Waroom just asked for a few pictures and sent out replacements right away. This set is great quality and versitile. The feet make this set taller than most. My only wish is that the backs were higher. ... show more

This is not a "Copenhagen" quality piece of furniture but it's hard to beat for the price! We have kids, dogs and a cat and I was hesitant about dropping $3-4K on outdoor furniture that will be exposed to kids and animals getting out of the pool and eating and drinking on. This fit the bill perfectly! It’s not too difficult to build, took probably a total of 3 or so hours over the days that the boxes arrived (they came in three different batches over a four day period). Instructions were simple enough and everything was there except for one small washer which I was able to find in my garage in a junk drawer. The cushions can be a bit of a challenge to get in their covers but once you do they fit nicely. It’s very lightweight and moves around fairly easy but once you have it clipped together it holds together very well. My kids already spilled drinks on the cushions but they wiped off easily with a wet cloth the next day. If you’re looking for something that looks good and this comfortable for around $1K this is a great set. We ordered the peacock blue and just an FYI, it is darker than what the color shows on Amazon. The color in the attached picture is a better representation. If there were a 5-star rating for value I would have picked that! ... show more

I ordered this patio set in peacock blue. I was mostly drawn to this set because the price was much better than other online patio furniture sets and for the thickness of the cusions. Normally when I see this type of furniture the cusions are super thin, but these are 5 inches which makes them very comfortable for lounging. I ordered on Dec. 5th and delivery was expected between Dec 12th-15th but the first boxes began showing up by the 8th which was pleasing. The description said I would receive 5 boxes (not including the small box for covers), but I only recieved 4. The boxes are pretty heavy and bulky. When I contacted the seller they confirmed that one box was damaged by the shipper (they sent me the FedEx damage report) and a new one was on the way ASAP. Once all boxes were recieved I put them together. This was a tedious but not very difficult process. It took me about 20 minutes per peice to put together. I followed another reviewer's advice and turned the covers inside out when putting them on to make the process easier. The main issue with assembly was that the hex wrench they include with each box of parts was the wrong size, but since I wasn't planning to use that hex wrench anyway (I highly reccomend using a socket wrench with a hex attachment) that didnt really bother me. The instructions were adequate and all parts were clearly labeled. Overall, I am very satisfied with the furniture and the customer support was top notch. ... show more

Let me preface this by saying we spent months looking for a conversation set like this with the higher table. We found very few and the ones we did come across in stores were all over $3,000. Most of them only sat 6, and many of them felt flimsy. I was super skeptical about buying something like this off of Amazon. That is precisely why I am writing this review, if others are in that same boat, I hope this gives you reassurances in your decision to go this route. I will break this down as simply as possible for those of us that like bullet points - Price; can't beat it! 60% cheaper than anything we could find in store. - Quality; pretty amazing! The wicker is some type of plastic and feels pretty durable. The cushions are 5 inch memory foam. (They were a B!+%* to get them into the covers). The pillows are some kind of foam bits. They are basically overstuffed standard size pillows, which is great if you ever want to replace them. - Comfort; I could literally sleep all night on this! I am laying on it now as I write this review 😊 The one thing I would change is you only get 2 "armed" pieces. If you want to set this up in an L shape like we did, you either lose an arm on one of the ends or you have to get creative with the corner piece. We have ours set up on the porch and we're able to use the house as a support on the corner. ... show more
