Great solution if you need extra counter space and don't use your stove top too often. Fit perfectly on top of my gas stove top. Sat on top of the grates but worked out fine. The price was a little high so I was originally wasn't sure about buying it but then it said that there was a "used" one (i.e. one that somebody had returned) available for a cheaper price so I grabbed it. There were a couple marks on mine and a ding in the wood in one spot, which is probably why the previous person returned it, but I'm sure I'll probably add more dings and marks to it in time anyway so I appreciated saving a few bucks over paying more and having it perfect. It's nice that it's reversable and comes with the handles which can be installed either way or left off altogether if desired. It also came with instructions and 4 thin rubber feet.

What a beautiful upgrade! This is a lovely board, with a beautiful color! It matches my oak cabinets beautifully. Iโve been wanting to get a cover for the cooktop. It is not that bad of shape, but I still wanted the extra space and didnโt want to worry about the stove top. Now Iโm going to be very careful with this board! Itโs absolutely beautiful. The only issue I have is that in transit, the box got damaged and thereโs a small dent on one side of the board. I can position it so it is not noticeable to anyone else, but I will know it is there. There was no smell or odor out of the box. Attaching the handles was simple and quick. And even if I had an appliance or countertop on both sides of my stove, it would still fit. It even is set up so that none of the board touches my burners. It did not send car instructions, so I will contact the manufacturer before I oil it. The wood is very thick and the overall construction feels very sturdy.Overall, Iโm extremely satisfied so far.

#1. This product is made of wood which will warp and can crack. Mine came slightly warped so it had a little wobble. I rectified that problem by using two of the included padded feet on opposing corners to level it. No more rocking Whether or not it will hold up over time we shall see. It appears to have some sort of a lacquer finish to it. I may sand that down and oil it instead. The product does look nice, but their choice of wood probably could have been better to minimize the tendency to warp. The fit is absolutely perfect for the standard stove. I mainly bought this due to a lack of counter space to give me one more area for food preparation. The included handles are nice as it makes it really easy to lift on and off the stove. I am using mine at a cabin that has a rustic design, so I went with the color that goes with my hickory cabinets.
