Would give it zero stars! DO NOT PURCHASE THIS! IT QUIT WORKING IN 6 MONTHS!..PROBABLY TURNED IT ON 20 TIMES! Look at all of the reviews that have had the same problem. They've got your money and you're sol.

Heater stopped working randomly after two months of occasional use. Pull cord does not turn on machine. No noted damage or issues, simply stopped working. - contacted seller and explained situation. They worked with us to replace it and now we have one that works. Hoping for no issues

Worked pretty good for 2 months then suddenly stopped. I messaged Amazon and they said the return window was closed. I said that is ridiculous. It should have not stopped working after only 2 months. Amazon agreed to process a a return. Upon going to ups I found out that I had to package it which Amazon said I didn’t. It was going to cost $62 for ups to package it. I ended up going home finding a box because after 2 months the original packaging was put out for recycling. Anyway I dropped it off at ups today and my refund was processed within an hour minus $23 and some odd cents for restocking…What kind of company restocks garbage! The heater does not work. My advice to anyone considering this is to go with a different brand you wouldn’t want them to ship you my broken restocked heater!

Gentle heat does come down in calm weather (we had ours installed in an outdoor pavilion) - but any wind at all and the heat is negated. It is probably much more effective in an enclosed space, or at least within a space that has screening, than an outdoor space. I'd return if it was in the window but it is not, unfortunately.

I love this product! It hangs in the center of my 10' x 12' pergola and keeps us warm. I love the warm light it gives off too! We typically sit and enjoy the heater with no other lights; makes a wonder ambiance. We live in Georgia and it is only November. Might buy a second one for the colder months. Will wait to see if needed.

It’s a decent heat output, best for only the immediate area underneath. But after about 1 month of using it, it stopped turning on. Feels like something is broken attached to the pull cord. If you need a heat source right above you and are comfortable probably fixing the switch could be ok. Otherwise find another product
