Worked pretty good for 2 months then suddenly stopped. I messaged Amazon and they said the return window was closed. I said that is ridiculous. It should have not stopped working after only 2 months. Amazon agreed to process a a return. Upon going to ups I found out that I had to package it which Amazon said I didn’t. It was going to cost $62 for ups to package it. I ended up going home finding a box because after 2 months the original packaging was put out for recycling. Anyway I dropped it off at ups today and my refund was processed within an hour minus $23 and some odd cents for restocking…What kind of company restocks garbage! The heater does not work. My advice to anyone considering this is to go with a different brand you wouldn’t want them to ship you my broken restocked heater!

Heater stopped working randomly after two months of occasional use. Pull cord does not turn on machine. No noted damage or issues, simply stopped working. - contacted seller and explained situation. They worked with us to replace it and now we have one that works. Hoping for no issues

I love this heater. It warms the area under it for about a 5’ diameter on my screened porch, allowing me to be out on the porch further into the Fall. And, it looks nice, and wasn’t too expensive! I would imagine it would effectively heat a small enclosed space.

The media could not be loaded. After having the heater for 2 weeks, and throwing the box away, the heater no longer will turn on. I can not return the item because I already recycled the box it came in. Do NOT purchase this product. It will not last. Heat level was minimal, but it did help if I was sitting right underneath it. Update on my review. The company Danluke, did give us a refund. Thank you for being a reputable company.

The heater worked great for the first couple of days. After about 10 pulls on the power cord it stopped turning on. Disappointing you spend good money on a product that turns out to be junk.

I love this product! It hangs in the center of my 10' x 12' pergola and keeps us warm. I love the warm light it gives off too! We typically sit and enjoy the heater with no other lights; makes a wonder ambiance. We live in Georgia and it is only November. Might buy a second one for the colder months. Will wait to see if needed.
