As many folks are reluctant to buy furniture online, I was too; however, upon reading the many reviews and speaking with the seller I decided to give it a try. The furniture came through Fedex (fast) and the boxes were in good shape. Initially I came across several broken pieces but be assured that the seller 100% stands behind their products. He quickly shipped the replacements. We assembled the furniture in about 3 hours due to some initial learning curve but the assemble is very straight forward once you assemble one seat. I would like to mention that, as many as concerned about the seat thickness and comfort, the cushions are good 5-6 inches thick and very comfortable (5 stars). Also, the seats are pretty wide (26 inches) which provides ample of space to everyone. This was a major requirement for us since the hard and/or thin cushions would ruin the gazebo experience. This set has a unique hand rest (~8 inches wide) which is so much convenient to place the drinks and some small food items. Wide arm rests look grand and has an elegant feel. We are going to use the back side of the hand rests for wireless pads to charge iphone (5 stars). I think every patio furniture should have this option as standard since it’s so practical to have one. Overall, this is a very decent set of furniture with good cushions and fair pricing. The seller is responsive and stands behind their products (5 stars). This furniture is definitely worth buying.

This is worth every penny. It’s so comfortable, and high quality. Listen y’all.. I am a lady who is not handy. I will not say (for my skill level) that it was a breeze but, it wasn’t bad. It took me about 4 hours and I realized it was much easier to put together if I was sitting on the ground instead of trying to build it on my kitchen bar. The boxes are heavy - so if you’re just a “girl” 😂 you may need to unload them piece by piece. Then line up all the like sections in piles. The instructions are not the clearest. I will say that it was all really organized once I opened it all up. Each bag is labeled for each piece. Some of the pieces were nested inside of each other and the hardest part was pulling them apart- it took all my strength LOL. You can do it if I can do it. It seems overwhelming at first but once I got into it I got a rhythm. This is probably sounding so silly, but I know someone else out there is wondering could they actually assemble it and yes- with a few hours and focus you can. The handy people of the world probably could whip it together in less time. It’s super classy and I’m proud of my work! LOL.

This is my second patio sofa from Amazon. It arrived on time in 2 large heavy boxes. It took my son in law 3 hours to assemble. Clear and detailed instructions were provided . I like the 2 option design. The sofa cushions are comfy and thick. This is a very nice adult size sofa and can’t beat the price. Love it!

We've been mostly happy with the pieces that we've assembled so far, but there have been a couple of issues. PRO: So far we've assembled the two glider / swivel chairs and the fireplace / table. The glider chairs seem very strong and are very comfortable. The instructions were fairly straightforward, although there are four vinyl gaskets for the glider arms underneath the chairs that are not mentioned in the assembly instructions. When we had the chairs assembled and realized that we still had the gaskets, we went back and found them almost hidden in the instruction drawing but mentioned nowhere in the instructions themselves. It was only a few minutes to remove and reinstall the bolts to include the gaskets, but they should have been in the instructions. We're happy with the completed fireplace / table overall, although there might have to be some minor adjustments, if I can figure out what they are, because the starter button did not work and we had to light the fire with a fireplace lighter. There are a few troubleshooting suggestions, but nothing about how to identify and adjust each of the suggested "fixes." CON: The instructions for assembling the fireplace / table are much worse than for the chairs. It appears that the model was updated but the assembly instructions were not. The firebox assembly had installation instructions but turned out to have already been installed. The front, side, and rear panels of the table were mis-identified, and it took some head-scratching to figure out how they went together and should have been identified. The screws for attaching the feet to the table were too short for a couple of the legs (the threaded portion of the legs was recessed too far), but there were a couple of spares of the longer bolts and we were able to use those. Once everything was assembled, it looks great and operates well except for figuring out why the igniter button didn't do its job. We still have the sofa and two side chairs to assemble, but those appear to be similar to the glider / swivel chairs. Since there will be moving parts, we expect that to be a simpler process. ADDITIONAL CON: Delivery was messed up, not by Amazon but by FedEx. The Amazon listing said that the set would be shipped nine days after our order, and when we placed the order we received a confirmation of the expected delivery date. Since we had a six-day trip scheduled, that was perfect. Two days into the trip, our doorbell camera showed someone at the door -- the driver from FedEx. He was placing the second of six boxes on the step. We spoke to him and asked him to put the two boxes back on the truck and deliver them as scheduled. He asked if we were refusing delivery, and we repeated the request. He left the two boxes and drove off with the other four. We had to have a neighbor take care of the first two boxes (160 pounds between the two) and finally found a way to have FedEx hold the other four until the scheduled date, but it was a real pain in the -- neck. Product comes in six boxes, four of them very large and heavy.

Amazing how everything fit into 2 boxes. We started by confirming all pieces were there. A few were labeled incorrectly but we ended having all the pieces plus one extra and tons of tools and spare assembly parts left. I gathered the parts needed for each piece while my partner assembled. Of course I inspected after to give my stamp of approval. He was a top notch handyman. 🤣I think I will keep him. The furniture is amazing. Its sturdy, cushions are quality and it's cozy. We may never leave our backyard now. Even the grandbabies approved.

Purchased this after looking at several other options and reviews. All of the items were delivered in good condition with all of the necessary accessories for assembly with a few extras as well. For the price the furniture is very nice and reasonably comfortable. It is also very versatile so that you can assemble it in many different options to fit your desired area. The instructions were relatively clear and easy to follow. Each accessory pack did come with a set of tools but it is beneficial of you are fortunate enough to have longer allen wrench and the correct size boxed end / open end wrench to speed the assembly process along as the supplied tools are rather small. Overall I would recommend this set and brand to others. There are more expensive brands our there but this set is as described and is worth the money.

Tables and couch are great. The fire pit table had a dent in it that doesnt let it latch easily. The rockers were very difficult to put together. The instructions mislabeled the pieces and it was very difficult aligning the arms. So much so that one of our screws has already broken off where the arm attaches to the chair. They also resist gliding when leaning in them which defeats the purpose of the chair if you cannot lean and rock in my opinion. We have only been utilizing it for a week. Overall, it is a nice set, but for the price paid, I would expect no dents and sturdier rockers. Update: 05/20/26 Only been in use for 2 weeks and the base of the rockers have warped. No one using them has been over the weight limit. We have started the process to request a refund for the rockers only or swap them for more couch sections. Will update when we hear back.
