I am very happy with both the product and the seller of this patio furniture set, and I would give them both five stars for their quality and service. The product itself is a nice addition to my patio. It looks stylish and comfortable, and it offers great value for its price. It is not as durable as a more expensive set, but it is sturdy enough for our needs. It took me some time to assemble it, but the instructions were clear and the item came with all the tools and hardware I needed. You can see how it looks on my patio in the picture I attached. The cushions are also nice and cozy. They are water-resistant and dry quickly after it rains. The only minor issue I have is that the cushions tend to slide off the seats sometimes. I noticed that an older version of the product had laces to tie the cushions to the backrests, but this feature seems to be discontinued. It would be nice to have it back, or maybe some velcro or zipper to keep the cushions in place. The seller is outstanding and deserves a special mention. They were very responsive and helpful when I contacted them with some issues. My item arrived with a broken glass top for the center table, which was disappointing. However, the seller immediately shipped a replacement glass, which arrived in perfect condition. I also told the seller that I was missing a few screws and that I broke one of the clips that connect the sofas together. These were not major problems, and I could manage without them, but the seller was kind enough to send me a full box of screws and clips, just in case. I was very impressed by their customer service and generosity. I wish all Amazon sellers were as nice as this one. I would definitely buy more products from them in the future.

This set is nice quality, comfortable, and looks great. You cannot beat the price anywhere! The cushions and pillows are super easy to clean and very comfortable. I was worried about the quality because the price was so low, but I am thrilled with it. It was easy to put together, I did it by myself. It’s perfect for my screened porch.

I was looking for an inexpensive but nice-looking seating solution for parties on our new back deck. This completely fits the bill. It took 3 hours for my husband and I to fully assemble the set using the tools it came with and an additional socket wrench of our own so we could work simultaneously. The socket wrench provided with the sectional is very nice and worth keeping for your personal tool kit. The pieces were not difficult to assemble, although removing the cushions from inside the wicker pieces was nearly impossible for me to do on my own. The cushions themselves are fully fluffed in about 24 hours and are quite comfortable.

When my furniture arrived it came in multiple packages and once it was all put together I realized that I was missing 2 pieces of the sectional. I emailed the company and they sent box #3 with extras of pieces that I had already received and the 2 pieces I was missing. With the extras I was able to make a daybed or 2 sleepers to go with the sectional! They went above and beyond to make it right! Very pleased with the product, timeliness of communication , build quality, design and functionality!! I would definitely order this product again and recommend this company to family and friends. Very good quality for the price. The fire pit is my favorite. Very elegant looking and puts off a lot of heat. The price was so reasonable that we bought 2 for what another brand would have cost. It did take me awhile to put together but it was very simple and all the pieces lined up.

The overall product is good. However check very good for messed up pieces and missing parts. If customer service was better I would have a better review. But until they respond and fix the issue I will leave a poor review. 3 days now of no response.great sized for patio, easily moves, great appearance.. update customer service got back with me and fixed the issue. They actually sent a while new piece instead of what I was missing. So I updated my review to max stars.. new shipment has arrived

The patio from seller was a horrible nightmare! The packaging was ridiculously tight in the boxes especially the cushions. The furniture was bent and defective. The material was made so cheaply falling off . Couldn’t finish putting it together the arm chairs were missing pieces. The seller ignored my emails and and automated response was put out. I have put in for a refund. I’m fighting to get one !! And I had to pay 40 per box to package it back up. I have one return label with 5 boxes and still trying to send it back. I have put a claim in through Amazon and that’s taking time. A big nightmare! Save your time and aggravation and Do not buy from this seller!! You will regret it !! I definitely do !!!!

Let me just say this is the third time I tried to purchase patio furniture off Amazon. Albeit from different sellers… My packages were either not coming in full, or being shipped to different states. I was completely distraught. I am so happy that I gave this company my last chance. The packages came quickly, and all 3 Packages showed up Within 24 hours of each other. Installation was super easy, I spent maybe an hour and a half to two hours getting it all put together by myself. The cushions are super comfortable, my husband is 6 feet tall and he loves them. Super stable, and well-made. I have yet to clean them, so I’m unsure about that process. However, the cushions are zippered so it should be a really easy. Just throwing the covers into the wash and then re-zipping the pillows and back inside. ✨🖤✨
