I love everything about this furniture, except assembling the 3 seat sofa. Assembly for everything except the sofa, was a breeze. Holes on the sofa were difficult to line up and took about 70 mins to assemble. I searched, researched and read reviews for a variety of sets before finally deciding to purchase this one and I definitely made the right choice. I’m 5’6.5” tall with long legs and the seat height is perfect to avoid leg fatigue because it’s not too low to floor or too short from back to knee (sitting position) (see pics). Hopefully it withstands the test of time of New England winters. I purchased the Ovios outdoor furniture covers (also a great buy) and cover my set when not in use to help prolong the life & cleanliness of this furniture. I was hesitant to buy this due to the lack of reviews, but I am glad I took the risk. I do not work in the furniture industry, but my work brings me to the International Furniture Market in NC twice a year. I have seen outdoor sets that cost $5000-$10,000 that are virtually indistinguishable from this set. It is very well made, and looks fantastic. The seats are extremely comfortable. If you have ever set in standard outdoor furniture you've probably noticed the low seat back makes it uncomfortable after a while. This set has a high back, and does not have that problem. As for the reviews stating this is difficult to put together, they are most likely not following instructions. Simply start each screw and don't tighten until each screw is partially inserted. This makes the frame of each piece more flexible and easier to line up the screws. It is literally as simple as putting the pieces beside each other and screwing a screw into a hole. I would recommend getting a hex key drill bit, I imagine using the provided hex key would take a while. I used a drill and assembled 7 pieces in just under an hour. This is probably my favorite purchase I've ever made on amazon, trust me you will not regret buying this. ... show more

The 7 piece set came in 3 separate delivered packages. It took a while to put together, but after we put the set together it looks great! We’ve been using it almost every day under our Gazebo and it holds up great and dries pretty quickly after being rained on. The cushions are very comfortable as well. We added some outdoor throw pillows that we found on discount from our big box store. I would recommend this set to anyone and was glad I purchased this instead of the lower back sectionals that I was looking at getting. ... show more

The cushions and luxury feel really worked well for our rooftop patio. Highlighted the couches with some decorator pillows. Experienced rain showers the past few weeks and they dry quickly and do not retain the water. Great set.

Absolutely the cheapest material, the most uncomfortable cushions, if you sit more than 20 minutes your back will start hurting. The stiffness of the cushions are absolute joke. The cushion does not bounce back. Spent close to $1000 and received maybe worth $500 of product. Customer service are the worst, no return policy, if you return it, you pay for shipping which cost more than the set. Yup! Beware!!! Do not buy this set!!! After a bit of a snafu with Fedex received all 3 boxes. Note they are Heavy. Construction for the most part is very easy with this set. A word of caution: USE YOUR OWN TOOLS. The enclosed ones are small and you need to work smarter rather than harder. I used a drill for some of it. Be careful as the screws can strip easily. One thing: DO NOT tighten the screws until all are in. We struggled with the 3 seat sofa as it was off due to a manufacture flaw. Loosening them helped a lot. I am in love with this furniture. It is beautiful- love the color. Part of the set got rained on while we were putting together other pieces and we were pleased at how water resistant it is. Assembly was easy although a couple of the screws required extra effort to get them to line up. For this amount of seating the price was excellent. Hope it lasts! ... show more
