We like pretty much everything about this fireplace- puts out great heat, looks modern, etc. Two things - the knob used to start it isn’t great. It seems like it may already be going bad/out. My husband holds it with his foot and he is finding that annoying at this price point after having it for 3 ish weeks. The glass that keeps the flames from swaying when there is a breeze is great except that then you can’t feel any heat. We will keep it off until really windy. ... show more

It does its job, fired right up and looks decent. But both the fire pit lid and propane lid don’t sit flush, the main lid is because it’s warped on delivery so I wrote to the company asking for a new lid. I’d expect at this price point things to at least sit flush. It comes with a connector hose and adjustable legs (they could be bigger). The legs don’t go high enough to allow the hose to go under the propane box without sitting ON the hose. It also comes with this cheap looking outdoor cover, part of the reason I got this was so I didn’t need to buy a cover. Well I’m going to be buying better cover. ... show more
