Decent images and pretty easy to install. Range to and from the module is limited though. A little stringer would allow people to add more cameras at greater distances.

This camera system works great. I took them out of the box, downloaded the app and synced with my Amazon account. It was easy to add all the cameras and hang them. You can arm disarm and view from your phone anytime. There is a subscription fee if you want to save clips and photos but it is fairly inexpensive. $100 a year. Worth it. ... show more

I just purchased Blink outdoor 5 camera system and mini indoor plug-in HD that came with the package. Outdoor cameras I was able to activate. Functionality is not that good. I’m sitting right next to my Wi-Fi router and everything around me is working fine. Mini camera, however, after multiple attempts and multiple failures I was unable to get it connected to Blinks server. I did everything right, followed apps instructions, I changed the location of the camera from where camera was supposed to be all the way to right where my router is and no connection. I left with no choice but to contact Blinks customer tech support and have no answer. I paid about four hundred dollars for this camera system, I shouldn’t have to go through all this hassle. Think about this for a minute, Blink is video communication company and they fail to respond back promptly. I’m not sure what is the problem with this camera, but I believe Blink needs to fix tech teams respond immediately. ... show more

    • Make sure you have adequate Internet speeds. DSL does not cut it with this system.
Inability to monitor on desktop or laptop. The Blink Home Monitor App does not show up in the Amazon Store App for PC. Too difficult to mess with internet YT workarounds. Works well with Fire tablet or Android tablet. So, then the inability to work on computers increases the device load on your router. ... show more
