I purchased 2 cameras in May. The installation was very easy and I was surprised with the good picture quality for both the day and night modes. The app is very convenient and lets you control many features in a smart way. I connected the cameras to the Zumimall solar panels and they work great with the cameras. The only problem I had is that after 6 months, one of the cameras stopped working. The customer service replied quickly to my emails and explained what I should do to fix the situation. When we understood the camera will not come back to life, they immediately shipped me a new camera. I think that the cameras are with a very good quality. Especially for the price. What I disliked was that as a placement of my 5 year old EZVIZ camera its view doesn’t have as wide an angle of view. However, I am impressed by everything else about the ZUMIMALL. ZUMIMALL is a major improvement. The image clarity even after zooming in is amazing. Night video is brilliant. It is easy to mount and remove for battery recharging. It comes with several mounting options including a traditional bracket, a magnetic mount, screw in, or double sided tape mount. As I have a cloud subscription, I don’t use a micro SD card. The app works great and makes camera operation intuitive. There are more sophisticated wireless outdoor cameras out there but for the price, you get so much with Zumimall. ... show more

I tried everything they recommended: I used a different charger, held the power button for 30 seconds, and even reset the system. Nothing worked. Can you please send me a replacement?
