Great camera and great customer service

I purchased 2 cameras in May. The installation was very easy and I was surprised with the good picture quality for both the day and night modes. The app is very convenient and lets you control many features in a smart way. I connected the cameras to the Zumimall solar panels and they work great with the cameras. The only problem I had is that after 6 months, one of the cameras stopped working. The customer service replied quickly to my emails and explained what I should do to fix the situation. When we understood the camera will not come back to life, they immediately shipped me a new camera. I think that the cameras are with a very good quality. Especially for the price. It can happen that something is malfunctioning, but I was very satisfied with the support of the customer service.

My first impression was very good. Unfortunately, the camera stopped turning on after just a few weeks. I tried everything they recommended: I used a different charger, held the power button for 30 seconds, and even reset the system. Nothing worked. Can you please send me a replacement? I would like to receive a replacement camera to give it a second chance. However, despite requesting a replacement from the sellers, I never received a response.
