This was a perfect pick for our shed wall cozy spot. Just had the shed built and I was excited to create a peaceful sitting spot in the lawn. I'm very happy that I chose this bench! Super easy 10 screws for assembly. Feels very sturdy on the build and thickness of slats. Really nice sheen on the paint color that accentuates the wood grain. Could sustain quite a bit of weight, but two average adults can comfortably sit without feeling crowded out. The cut/design style is what I love about it! It's very 1960's woodsy cabin-cottage. And it sits Straight Up. The backrest is not for slumping. Some small pillows work to relax the back. The bottom, however, has a curvature to fit the tush. It's not too low to the ground so it's easy on the knees to rise. It's a great bench. ... show more

Our front door did not appear welcoming, and the space around it is very tight. The bench improves the appearance, although, because its back is quite straight, it is not very comfortable. It was, however, quick and easy to assemble.
