Ordered these to replace worn ones in some slip ons. I used the old inserts to trip these to fit my shoes. They fit snugly into my shoes and do not move around but are easy to remove to wash. I was a little worried that these would be too stiff but there is just the right amount of padding and firmness and I find them very comfortable. These are shoes that I frequently wash along with the insoles. I have washed them once and they came out fine. I wash them in the washer and let them air dry.. these stay in place in my boots very well, i've had several sets of them as they're thin enough to not lift my foot high enough to impact the top of the boot (I have wide and thick hobbit feet) but like all foam it does eventually crush out. they're well made and for the price can't really argue about needing to swap in new ones every few months ... show more

Arrived quickly and are true to size but very little cushioning and definitely not soft to the touch. Would not recommend for taking pressure off the bottom of foot.

I bought these specifically to use in my Converse Chuck 70 hi tops. I’m sure that most people are not aware but the insoles in Converse Chuck 70s are not always the same. They have at least two different versions, possibly more. So unfortunately, if you get a pair that have the harder insoles it’s a noticeable step down in comfort; at least that’s how it is for me. I’ve had Sketcher shoes that came with memory foam insoles and they were pretty good. Quite comfortable. So I thought I would give these a shot. The first thing I noticed is that these are quite hard initially. Just gripping them as I was taking them out of the package felt like super dense and very stiff foam. As I put them in my shoes I noticed that they fit very well. Just to clarify, Chuck 70s run large so I wasn’t sure what to expect but these insoles fit well without any kind of modification. As soon as I put my shoes on I was disappointed. I knew that I was getting flat insoles and that’s what I wanted; arches in insoles bother me. However, these are too thick at the ball of your foot and your toes and definitely not thick enough at the heel. And what I mean by that is that even though they look flat it feels like the heel is thinner than the ball/toe area. Logic would say that this is just because more of your weight goes where the heel rests on the insole… Anyway the thickness of the toe area makes the shoe too tight now and it feels a little strange but I probably could get used to it. The heel, however, it’s just extremely uncomfortable now. I spent time walking around and there was no way this was going to improve to a point where I could wear these daily. As I took them out I noticed that the insoles felt a little bit softer but they also felt thinner in the heel and took quite a while to bounce back into the original shape so I’m guessing that these would just eventually compress to the point where they really didn’t feel like memory foam. That is just an assumption on my part. I do not recommend these insoles. For now I will be going back to the original Chuck 70 insoles and continue my search for insoles that are an improvement. ... show more

Washed a pair of boat shoes and the innersole disintegrated so I ordered these insoles fromamazon and they worked perfect. My husband said they were comfortable and better than not having an insole.
