The first time this product came, it was missing the instructions, hardware and half the cushions. After a tedious process of working with a "third party seller" (thank you Amazon for the support!) the second product arrived and it was good! The instructions are pictures only, which can be tough when trying to line up the grain of the wicker and determining which piece is which, as the lettered stickers tend to fall off. I found this a bit tough to assemble as a fit 50 yr old woman. Overall, exactly what I wanted! Beautiful and seems well made. It only comes with 3 pillows, so obviously the rest were mine. This was actually really difficult to put together. I hired someone and they were cussing by the end of the day. I love the way this piece looks! It’s my favorite piece in the entire back space. Since these pictures were taken, I’ve added extra pillows to the back and I just love it. It feels like a little cabana and an expensive hotel. However… Those are some very thin cushions! I’ve looked and looked to find a cushion that I could add and have not found one to date. It would be great if the company offered extra cushions for sale that would fit their product. It’s a beauty to look at, but it’s a hard seat… You can feel the bars and it’s not a serious thing I’ve ever sat on. L ... show more

This was broken and rusted over in less than a year. Don’t buy unless you’re wanting to repurchase and put a new one together every year. They take a good bit of time to assemble and just don’t hold up. We purchased 2 over the last 2 years and both did the exact same thing.

I read several reviews about this daybed before ordering it so I knew what to expect. The assembly is not for the weak. Some of the screws didn't line up properly as others have stated (especially the canopy). Because of this, it took several hours for my husband & I put it together. I almost gave up a couple of times and cursed even more than that. There is a video on YouTube where the guy effortlessly put this together which made me curse even more. The cushions slide and they are thin. I will try to fix the sliding by using velcro to make them more secure. Overall I am happy with this item. Would I purchase again.....probably ... show more

Definitely recommend two people and that you double check each step. When there are 1-2-3 on the page always go in that order no mater where it falls on the square. It doesn’t say that but you have to! Also be sure to use the right screws. I didn’t have extras. Otherwise I really enjoy this and it’s a fraction of the price. ... show more

Not only was the couch wonderful but the customer service I received was top notch. There was some damage from shipping, and I was reimbursed immediately and sent new parts. The people I interacted with were so kind, nice, and efficient. Highly recommend!!

    • Reasonably priced centerpiece addition to a deck
This daybed was fairly easy to assemble. There were a few points that were a little troublesome, but for the most part, it went together fairly well. In particular, one of the final connections at the base was very difficult and required a little bit more effort to get the pieces to line up well. A feature that occurs in many other daybeds of this type that was absent in this one was the option to separate into three or more sections. This daybed only splits into two sections, each a half circle design. While I would have liked for there to be the option to split into three, I think this may be why this daybed had the highest weight capacity of daybeds at this price point that I looked at. And the higher weight option is why this one was chosen over others. I also would have liked for there to be dedicated points for attaching the cushions which would make it easier to take them off than shoving the toggles through the rattan. But at least there are such toggles which can lock down the cushions to protect them from blowing away. ... show more
