Start off by saying a very cool little scanner fast easy Diag lots of extra hot functions. You can add apps to the tablet as it is an android based and runs off of the autel network. Easily connects to Bluetooth printers and shop software reach codes and under a minute overall buy

The product work fine just like it said it would, the features did not quit work with my vehicle so I had to returned it. Today 03/02/2024 just got off the phone with customer service, mind you, this would be the third time I am contacting then, two weeks ago after they had received the product at their warehouse, the told me the the refund is been process, fine. I called again a week later, they told me that it would take 7-10 days to process so I would get my refund by March 1st. so upon checking with my bank I realize there was no refund, So, I called again this morning March 2nd, they told me that because the refund is over $300.00 I is taking a longer time to process and I will now receive received my refund on March 17th 2024. Would you want to put your self through this, especially if you are waiting for that money to buy a different one.? THIS PRODUCT WAS SOLD BY DIAGSHOP. If you have to buy this product get it from a DIFFERENT SELLER.

This scan tool fills the perfect void for me. I had the Otofix D1 Pro and I loved it. But I really wanted to topology mapping so I sold it to a friend and got a launch x431 pro v. I love it too it's a real power horse. But as a mechanic and shop manager at a boutique used car lot specializing in exotics and imports I needed something to take with me on auction days and the launch was just too big and cumbersome to carry around with my notes and my flashlight everything else I need for those days. So I wanted a smaller more portable but capable scanner and remembered this one. Most scandals in this price point are either just the dongle that connects to your phone or not wireless. This one fits perfectly in my cargo pocket I missed the flashlight in the dongle so badly that is so handy. The UI is easy and fast, it's great because we don't get a lot of time with the cars before auction and I'm able to accurately assist the vehicle before we bid. If I were to drop it, lose it or someone stole it it wouldn't be nearly as painful as my shop launch especially since this keeps going down in price but the updates are still coming in and current. If you need a really good effective bi-directional scanner that is still compact and portable, this is it.

I really love this tool... This is such a fantastic help to tell me what is wrong with my car. It is just as good as the professional version except this takes a bit longer to process data. A small price to pay.
