In the last couple of years I’ve tried several different kinds of pillow’s, including the well known “My Pillow” to help me sleep on my back and get a good nights sleep. None of them seem to work for me and I felt tired in the mornings when I woke up from fighting to get comfortable throughout the night. After reading so many reviews on this pillow I decided to order one and give it a try. It’s been 4 months now and it still feels like it did the first night that I used it. I can honestly say I love falling asleep on this pillow. I love the way that it cradles my neck as I drift off to sleep and if I do end up moving to my side (which is way less often now) I still get the same comfortable support without all the lines in my face when I wake up in the morning!!! It’s a great pillow and I’m really glad that I took the chance and purchased it. I did end up ordering a second one for my husband who normally sleeps on a Therapeutic type of pillow for his neck. My physical therapist recommended something like this to help with my sore neck. Yes, I read the reviews about the poorly designed snap that holds the two pillow cases together in the center. Yes, my snap also worked for only one or two washings, and refuses to snap now. But the pillow still functions well in spite of the snap being unsnapped. It LOOKS different than when the snap was snapped, but it FEELS the same after the snap no longer works. These pillows are quite large IMO, I ordered the Queen for our queen bed, but I've considered returning for a standard size. Now I need to find something small I can take on trips. ... show more

What a new way to sleep! I love the curvatures of this pillow. It does support my neck and I no longer wake up with neck pain. Only downside is whatever material they used to make this makes my head sweat and increases my body temp. Awaken a few times at night to throw the covers off me but don’t feel like my sleep is negatively impacted by using this pillow. Would recommend for decreasing neck pain but not is you’re a hot sleeper. ... show more

I received this pillow and it didn't work well for me as it didn't have enough height when I slept on my side. I let the company know and they sent me out an additional padding that fit into the pillow and now it's pretty good. I won't say perfect, but then I don't know if that exists in my case. I don't wake up with a sore neck and I sleep pretty well on this pillow. I have tried many and I will say this one is one of the better ones. The customer service was really good. I would recommend this pillow for back and side sleepers as I am both. It helps with my cpap too! ... show more

I originally purchased this pillow after a week long bout of neck pain. It had gotten so bad that I couldn't turn my head to the right at all. After a few nights with this pillow, the pain was completely gone and I woke up feeling so much more rested. I love that there are two different heights depending on which side you use. Some days the high side is too high and the low side is just perfect and sometimes the high side is better. I'm a side sleeper and really struggled with finding pillows that didn't collapse on me or were too firm that my neck ended up bent at an odd angle. This cradles my head and supports my neck very nicely. I sleep pretty hot and even though this pillow is foam, it doesn't retain too much heat to disrupt my sleep. I've been using it now for over a year and it's held up very well. It comes with a removable zipped cover that is easy to take off and throw in the wash. I use standard pillowcases on top and they fit well without too much bunching. I've already recommended this pillow to friends and family with similar pain issues. ... show more

I liked sleeping on the contour much better than an ordinary pillow. I had a bad fall 6 months ago and have had horrible neck pain since that time with steroid injections under sedation. Pain management Dr. When asked about this pillows use said to try it by all means. Hopefully wont have to have more injections for pain with continued use. Neck pain relieved by 40 percent upon waking up which is when the pain was most severe every morning. Still have limited ability to have normal head movement. ... show more

I had some shoulder pain from sleeping on my back on pillows that don’t support my back. This one really helped. The only down call is that the pillow is a little too high. I wish the shoulder dimensions were a little lower

I tried this pillow for four nights. I noticed relief in my neck, and the positioning seemed correct and aligned during both side and back sleeping positions. I liked that I could adjust the support by removing the inside panel and buttoning the pillow back at the center. I never felt the button while I slept, it wasn’t in the way at all. So overall the pillow was great and it checked a lot of boxes for me. However I did wake up with headaches every morning, and I couldn’t sleep through the night because the pillow got very hot. I contacted the company via direct email at support@shoposteo.com for a refund and they were both quick to respond and to refund my purchase. I heard back the next day from customer service and the refund was processed 2 days after that. 5 stars for customer service! And 4 stars overall because the pillow is great, it just didn’t work for me. ... show more
