I’ve tried so many “neck support” pillows and this is the first one that actually works. The hollow center design makes a huge difference — it keeps my neck aligned without feeling stiff or awkward. I like this pillow so far. I've tried many others and tried to shape them into this form and woken up throughout the night trying to reshape them, waking without adequate sleep and neck pain. My head stays in the right position, my neck stays supported, and I wake up without the usual pain and stiffness. It feels like my neck can finally relax at night. This pillow fixed my sore neck after only 3 nights. I removed the optional insert and used the larger side, then after 3 nights sleep I am able to tuck my chin down to my chest without any stiffness or strain. Was not expecting this and am so pleasantly surprised. If you like a nice soft cloud like pillow that your head sinks into this is not the one. This pillow is made for you to have proper support and it is very comfortable to me. Very much worth the money for anyone suffering from a stiff neck due to improper sleep position. The reason I purchased this one is because I saw it was adjustable, there is a smaller side and larger side as well as an insert that can be removed.

I bought this pillow hoping it would help with my neck pain, and it really did. The hollow center feels strange at first, but it actually keeps my neck supported without pushing too hard. I ordered a few similar pillows like this as I feel like I have been snoring a lot. I really like this one and it’s my favorite out of all of them. It’s super soft and cooling. It has a great appearance and there was no smells from the memory foam expanding. I like that it can be used two different ways as I liked the height of the higher side than the other. Great support!
