I’ve had mine for months now and while it’s still comfortable, it went kind of flat. At first there was a cradling effect that took pressure off my ears which I loved. The neck support was also nice since I am a side sleeper and can kink my neck sometimes. I am still sleeping on it, but the material has flattened a little and it’s lost a some shape. I think that was to be expected. Still a good pillow and I prefer it to a lot of the softer ones.

BUY THIS PILLOW. Main Points: Worked immediately for sleep. Back and side sleeping specifically. Firm to support neck and back but soft memory foam for comfortable sleep. Able to height adjust Takes pressure off head, neck, shoulders and upper back. Complete Review: If I could be a brand ambassador for one product it would be this one. I used to wake up 20+ times per night because of neck pain. I tried changing my mattress for a firmer fit- didn’t help. This pillow worked IMMEDIATELY. You have to air it out and let it come to its intended size for a few hours. There was no bad smell and I used same night. There is a removable height foam piece in it to make it a bit taller or shorter. I’ve left mine in and it’s perfect. There’s also a pillowcase included. If you are not sleeping due to neck issues, the firmness of this pillow combined with the memory foam material helps. It is cool, the color and fabric are great, the size is that of any standard pillow. It is great for back, side sleeping. It does a great job of supporting neck and back alignment while contouring to your body. I didn’t feel an “edge” of the pillow on my neck, it wasn’t too stiff. The thickness is great. The only thing (user error) is make sure you are laying on it the right way. Look at the pictures and instructions. I will be purchasing another to take on trips. I don’t use any other pillow anymore. I’m begging you to try this pillow.

This is our second order for this pillow. My first order was for my personal use. I had Cervical Fusion and chronic neck pain. I go to Physical Therapy, do exercises, etc,however this purchase by far has been the best money spent. I get a good night's sleep and wake up relaxed because my neck doesn't hurt. My husband is 77 and an avid surfer. He recently began having neck pain from this sport and wanted to try my pillow. The next morning he told me to order him a pillow. This pillow keeps your neck in perfect alignment while sleeping, therthere is no tossing and turning. I highly recommend this pillow.
