The Comfilife knee pillow arrived in it's on plastic travel bag, which was a nice surprise. The pillow itself has a zippered covering for easy washing. The size is compact and is comfortable because of the memory foam. I sleep on my back and this pillow has alleviated my back pain. I think if there was some sort of a soft handle sewn on the short side of the pillow, it would make it easier to lift or adjust from under the knees. Researched pillows long before I opted to try this type. Originally ordered it to wedge behind my back to keep me from sleeping on my bad shoulder. Or under my legs . But I was having so much trouble sleeping bc of my neck that I decided to try the pillow there first. It's a bit firm for the neck...but I've actually slept quite a bit better since I've been using it!! And oddly enough..its helped me sleep on my back more. Which is why I got it to begin with. I've only had it about 5 days. So I can't say how long it will hold it's firmness. But I'm happy with it so far. ... show more

I never expect too much from products like this, but have been pleasantly surprised by the comfort, functionality and quality of this pillow. Both my knees are awaiting hyaluronic acid shots and probably eventual surgery and have serious arthritis as part of the problem. I have been trying to meet the challenge and lower my pain and discomfort level with a variety of other pillows and rolled-up blankets, to little avail. This pillow really helps. It's soft and yielding (so it doesn't cut off my circulation) but elevates and supports my knees just right. I don't recommend things lightly -- especially if they're supposed to be therapeutic -- but this pillow definitely meets the criteria for telling my friends about it. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 ... show more

This is a quality pillow. This has enough density that it does not go flat immediately when you put pressure on it. I need to keep my knees bent at night to take pressure off my back and shoulders. The height of this pillow made it easy to transition from legs flat to bent. Also, because of its size it works well as a pillow between the knees for side sleeping. I initially purchased this because it has a removable cover. I'm not convinced I would be able to get the pillow back in the case. I have folded and safety pinned a pillowcase around it which works fine. ... show more

I bought a half moon to replace my previous one I left at a hotel. I ordered another brand, the standard size offered online, 20-22 inches long. It was longer than my previous one and was to cumbersome to move as I roll over during the night and move the pillow with me. Although I use it as a wedge behind my back, it would also be too long to go under the legs or neck. I went looking for a shorter one and am pleased to have found this one.. The shorter length is easy to move during the night (behind my back and allows enough space for my arm to lie comfortably if on my back) and will fit nicely in a suitcase for traveling. The length is also conducive to put under my neck if needed. Great quality as well and hardly had a smell when first taken out of the package.
