I never expect too much from products like this, but have been pleasantly surprised by the comfort, functionality and quality of this pillow. Both my knees are awaiting hyaluronic acid shots and probably eventual surgery and have serious arthritis as part of the problem. I have been trying to meet the challenge and lower my pain and discomfort level with a variety of other pillows and rolled-up blankets, to little avail. This pillow really helps. It's soft and yielding (so it doesn't cut off my circulation) but elevates and supports my knees just right. I don't recommend things lightly -- especially if they're supposed to be therapeutic -- but this pillow definitely meets the criteria for telling my friends about it. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

This company knows how to make the best dense foam pillow products that I’ve ever used, and they stand behind their lifetime warranty 100%. First of all the pillow, is just awesome. However, after three years, mine started to make very dense impressions and I would have to change positions to get the most out of it. I had forgotten about the lifetime warranty and purchased a new one just recently. The company reached out to me to see how I was enjoying the pillow and to thank me for the purchase. They had mentioned lifetime warranty and it dawned on me that maybe they would’ve replaced it instead of me purchasing a new one. Well they did and now they’re refunding me for the second purchase which I so appreciate. I know that if this pillow doesn’t last, I just get in touch with them and they will send me a new one. How can you beat that? On the pillow itself, I use it to support my neck when I am doing floor exercises at home But mostly, I use it when I’m sitting on my recliner and it’s in the reclined position to rest my lower legs and feet on because that part of my recliner is not very cushioned and it works great! The cover is also washable, and I wash mine on the delicate cycle and cold water and hang it up and it as good as new until the next time. If you’re thinking about buying this pillow, go for it because the ComfiLife products are the best imo!

Researched pillows long before I opted to try this type. Originally ordered it to wedge behind my back to keep me from sleeping on my bad shoulder. Or under my legs . But I was having so much trouble sleeping bc of my neck that I decided to try the pillow there first. It's a bit firm for the neck...but I've actually slept quite a bit better since I've been using it!! And oddly enough..its helped me sleep on my back more. Which is why I got it to begin with. I've only had it about 5 days. So I can't say how long it will hold it's firmness. But I'm happy with it so far.

This bolster pillow is great for anyone experiencing back pain at nighttime. It is supportive but soft enough to be comfortable. It can be placed under the knees to relieve back strain, but I have discovered it can also be helpful for sleeping on my side.

Because of my back I haven't been able to sleep on it for years. I started getting spasms in my back. I but this pillow to use as a lumbar pillow when I laid on my bed. It stops the spasms. Extremely comfortable and well made. Thank you

This is product arrived in good shape and without defects. Sadly, my wife found it uncomfortable to sleep on (tried to use it to raise her legs) because the shape of the curve paired with the strong support meant it was uncomfortable. She described it as feeling like you are sleeping on a larger broom handle. Maybe it was not meant for that purpose. It should be fine for any larger body part than your ankles. Not worth the hassle of trying to return it. We will rehome it. :)

I'm side sleeper with lots of back pain from surgery 2 years ago. Have used standard bed pillow between my legs/knees for years. This works but cumbersome when switching from side to side during the night or moving it for any reason as too big. Recently purchased a specific pillow for use between knees from Amazon. It was basically a large cube with grooves on opposite sides for legs. Did not like it at all. Being a cube with small surface areas to distribute leg weight over a larger area, it was very uncomfortable immediately. Also, the grooves meant one must lift legs high over them before dropping down into into them. That was not good because it requires effort to raise legs up into weight of bed covers. Simply, no good all around. Returned for refund. Purchased this pillow next. It is excellent without any of the cube problems. Easy to move around under bed covers, small, softer, long & narrow. Works perfectly! Couldn't be any better. Removable cover for washing. Would buy again.
