I sleep better. Only reason I did not give it a 5 is that the "wings" here you can put your arms are not as wide//comfortable as one of the other pillows I have, but I still prefer this one for its medium, not too large, size and how my neck & head are cradled

I am liking it so far! Feels nice! Comfortable. Seems like good quality and support! Unzippable cases for washing is a plus! I like that it doesn't sleep too hot. (Compared to my other pillow I use for neck support) Will have to see how it does long term. UPDATE: It is a bit too much for my neck. I actually like it better to use between my legs. It's not a "hot" pillow, and it is very cushiony, yet supportive. So I really like it for that. It's a bit much for my neck. (personally) But works great to support other body parts without getting too warm.

I’m a side sleeper and usually wake up with tingling or numbness in my arm, along with a stiff neck. By my second night using this pillow, I woke up without pain, tingling, numbness, or stiffness—and I stayed cool all night. A few things to note: this pillow seems best suited for people with longer necks. My neck isn’t short, but my head didn’t naturally rest in the center section as shown in the product photos. After making a few adjustments to better fit my average-length neck, I got the proper support. The pillow height works well for me, and at $42, it’s a solid option—especially compared to the $300 price tag I was once quoted for a custom pillow. Overall, a good value and worth considering.
