I purchased this pillow and used it once. I was hoping to use it as part of a program to keep my mending back healthy. However, I used it once and it instantly caused my back pain to return from the pinched nerve I had rehabbed. This pillow is exceptionally firm! It is not very flexible and for my 6'3" frame and my back it was very uncomfortable. This pillow may be a legitimate cure for some users, but for me it was a nightmare. This back stretcher is hard foam with a bumpy surface. It is firm like a yoga block. I'm pretty creaky, but am able to use it as directed and lay on the floor with the device behind my back. After five minutes, my back feels very good. Hubby and I now both use this and both think it is terrific.

I have a back problem. This lumbar pillow works great for me. When I've been busy or standing to long my back starts to bother me with pain all the way down my legs. Did not help my back at all. I guess a good stretch for the money, but no pain relief or help for my back. Honestly using it was so uncomfortable it might have made my back worse.
