If I could only afford one binder, this would be the one. Of all the binders I have this is the most comfortable, but not the most slim under clothing. This binder WILL NOT ROLL OVER, it is the only one I have that is like that and the quality of this binder is much higher than the other Ortonyx models. I always put this binder on when I get home because it is so comfortable, but I frequently wear a different binder during the day as this one is noticeable under clothing. I sleep in a binder and this is the one. The Ortonyx ACOX524010 is also a great binder if you want one that slims under your clothes, it is less comfortable and it rolls badly if not rolled up for storage daily, but is very slimming.

I tried at least a dozen binders after my abdominal surgery and this one was the winner! It's very supportive, highly adjustable and most of all comfortable! It does not bunch like all the others do (which were causing skin breakdown on me). I went up a size bigger than what i measured for to have more overlap/support. Because of my surgery, I have to wear an abdominal binder 24/7 for an extended period of time so finding a great one was important. I sent back all the others and purchased several of these.

I needed this item for post op support back in January I had an ovary, fallopian tube, and a cyste removed. It left me with a 6 inch vertical incision I needed to support on my abdomen during recovery. I believe I ordered the XL size and it was true to size, it felt tight and stiff at first but the longer I wore it for the tighter I could pull it together and the more flexibility it had under my clothes. I did like the side straps that could be adjusted for further support anywhere on the binder. I do recommend wearing a shirt or tank top underneath the binder itself though, I wore it the first night I received it without a shirt, I put it on with just my incision dressings underneath. I woke up in the morning to take the binder off to shower because I felt like it stuck to my skin and I had tiny lines going all up and down stomach and back from the inside of the binder. i If you wear a layer between it you'll feel more comfortable and it won't "stick" to your skin. I used it for several weeks day and night and it held up WAY better than the 2 free stretchy binders the hospital discharged me with. This is a great choice if you need something sturdy to support your abdomen or waist during healing 🙂🩹🏥

I just had a surgery where a compression garment was required for 6 weeks. The one the doctor's office provided was very uncomfortable, with velcro that scratched my skin. It also lost its elasticity and support very quickly. I tried a few others on Amazon that had the same issues - either very uncomforable, or comfortable but now support. I was happy to find that this one is as comfortable as you could expect (for a compression afterall), and has very good support. The second band really helps focus on particular areas, which I very much appreciate. Wish I'd found this one before buying all the cheap ones!

I’m using it to support my belly post csection, much needed. A bit smaller than expected but I can still fit in The adjustable band is absolutely everything! I will update the review if the product quality doesn’t last but for now I’m satisfied I could tell someone returned the product though but it came clean

Worth the extra money vs binders that cost half as much. The cheaper binders similar to the ones received from the hospital tend to roll, generally don’t stay in place, and are easily torn. I purchased this binder due to the positive reviews as well as it being prime and returnable. I had a SCI a few years ago and recently had abdominal surgery. Daily use of this binder has made it easier to sit up straight in my wheelchair and comfortably supports my lower abdomen where I had a device implanted. This binder appears to be well constructed and has no early signs of wear, that along with the level of comfort when wearing make it highly recommendable and worth the cost.

Bought in my second trimentster and returned the next day. I don't know if I wasn't "pregnant enough" for it to work but it just made me hot and itchy and didn't help my back at all. If you have insurance just get a prescription for a pregnancy belt from a medical supply store and save yourself the annoyance of this belt. Maybe works better if you're bigger but I needed relief and this didn't do anything.
