I recently started my health and fitness journey..I have two young sons so I get up at 430 to get to the gym around 5 to work out for an hour and 40 min-5 days a week. I wanted something that would give me energy to get moving and start my day that early as well as take me through my workout and after...but not make me feel like my heart was going to beat out of my chest. I'd tried other pre-workouts a few years back that swore the same things and I ended up feeling anxious, grumpy and like I was going to die when the crash came post jitters. So the first day-I was nervous and didn't even use one full scoop bc I didn't want to get that weird feeling. I didn't! So increased a little each day from a scoop now i use 2 or 3 depending on my workout that ive got planned for that day.
