POISON! This is not the ON Amino Pre-Workout! This is a counterfeit and made myself and my wife very ill. 1. The canister was 1/2 full. When I've purchased this at GNC or any other supplement store, it's almost full of powder. 2. The consistency was not the same as the original. It never mixed properly and tasted like crap! 3. Most important: Both my wife and I had severe gastrointestinal issues after drinking this garbage. We also felt a severe energy crash like I've never before experienced. I've been drinking coffee/caffeinated beverages my whole life and never had any issues. This crap gave me a serious crash that I had to lay down for hours and completely ruined my day. Prior to that, the amount of anxiety and stress before the crash was like never before. After reading the directions and the recommended serving size of 1-2 scoops in 10-12oz of water, I decided to start small with 1 scoop In 12oz of water. After the first serving, I started to notice some abdominal cramping and bloating, but assumed it was my body adjusting to this and continued for a total of 3 days. On the 3rd day, I was having significant abdominal pain, cramps, bloating, and horrible gas. Realizing this had only gotten worse since starting, I stopped taking It. After 24 hours of intense discomfort and not taking any more, I was back to myself and all the abdominal issues were resolved. I came back on here and read more of the reviews and realized there may be an issue with this product not being authentic. Because this product was rated as an “Amazon’s Choice” I trusted Amazon and the 4.5+ star rating as being reputable. Has known carcinogens banned in Europe. Look up Yellow food dyes No. 5 and No. 6, and Red Dye No. 40. Your mind will be blown. If Optimum Nutrition really cared about our health they wouldnt have used these chemicals. Really should have paid attention before purchasing. Never again.

This tastes good and has helped me with a boost. My coworker had me sample his from GNC. I bought it here and the amount in the same size bottle is less than half of the container? If I didn't break the seal myself I would think that this was already used.

I have been using this product for about two years now. I used to buy it from my personal trainer then I found it on Amazon Subscribe and Save for much cheaper and switched to that. I don’t really drink coffee anymore or caffeine for that matter. I use this product instead. It gives me a nice boost of energy whenever I need it that lasts for hours and doesn’t come with your typical energy drink crash. Here’s how I use it. I mix three scoops into a regular sized bottle of water and shake it up real good. I then drink about half the bottle first thing in the morning to get me going for the day. After lunch I will drink about half of what’s left to get me to 2:00 and then I finish the bottle. On especially bad days I will finish the bottle at lunch then mix up a new bottle at 2:00 and drink 1/4-1/2 then. Sometimes I need a little boost to finish out my day and I’ll take a few swigs around 4:00. I have no issues falling asleep at night even when drinking it that late in the day. Like I said, it gives me a clean energy boost. I don’t get the jitters, clench my jaw, or get the shakes I sometimes get with other energy products. I love this stuff so much I keep a container at work and two of them at home. I don’t know what I would do if they stopped making it. I’d be seriously in trouble. I can’t function without it! Give it a try. Pretty sure you’ll love it as much as I do. If you’re doing a workout you’ll probably want to drink the whole bottle to get you through your set. ... show more

Without a doubt the most nasty tasty electrolyte drink I have ever, I mean ever tasted! I cannot even begin to say other than my title! I wish they would refund my money or allow me to exchange for the orange/tangerine flavor which I was using prior. I just thought I would try a new flavor......man did I choose wrong! It is beyond nasty folks! Stay away. Whatever bio-engineer developed this flavor should be drug from the lab and beat with a wet sock full of hammered nickels while naked! This is deplorable and should be pulled from the shelves point blank! The value for the money if tasted anything like pineapple would be good.....but when you spend good money to get sock water from someone’s sweaty boot......that’s a shooting offense! ... show more

For those who think these products sold on Amazon are fake, you are completely WRONG. I have been buying Optimum Nutrition for years and Amazon carries and sells products by the manufacturer. Now for the product - I mix this product with the Optimum Nutrition Collagen + Hyaluronic Acid in the Watermelon Citrus flavor and it taste amazing. I use the combination of this product every day - even on days I do not workout. This product is fantastic for all purposes when it comes to fitness. It can be used for cuts and for bulks. If you are on a low carb diet this is great because it gives your body the aminos it needs to complete gluconeogenisis in the liver. When you do low carbs or keto your body will break down muscle tissues with fat for energy. If you supplement this your body will break down less muscle tissue and more fat. If you are bulking just taking this throughout the day will be much better for your body than energy drinks or soda. The mineral electrolytes help with recovery and stamina during your workout too. I personally add iodized table salt to mine too for extra electrolytes. ... show more
