I used this charger once in July, now it won't charge in dec. Nothing works. Contacted their support and sent pictures of my invoice and of the charger. Let's see how this goes. Quality is china cheap

    • A must have for AGM batteries.
For anyone that does not know by now, NEVER USE AN OLDER BATTERY CHARGER ON A AGM BATTERY. I've lost hundreds of dollars on someone putting an older battery charger on my AGM battery and destroying it. I've had to take my vehicle into a couple of shops that do work on vehicles that I don't do myself. I even wrote a message and warned them not to a charger that is not made for an AGM battery only to come back and try to start my vehicle and find out my battery was fried. I found out when they came out with a 100 amp charger and told me, "Oh yeah, we left lights (or some electrical device) on and had to use this to start it. Your battery must be defective since it started to make Snaping and crackling sound when we hooked it up". Now if I Have to let someone else touch my vehicles, I have to put in one of my flooded acid batteries in since they aren't able to read. ... show more
