I used this to help cut weight for a competition and it did the job. It can get very wet inside if you use it for prolonged periods of time but the puddles never leaked onto the floor outside the sauna. The chair is not the most comfortable but it isn’t bad for short stints, and for relaxing I tended to sit on the floor inside and it was perfectly comfortable. ... show more

This is the best little sauna! I was skeptical at first, but I am so happy I made this purchase. I wanted a sauna for my home and kept reading the reviews and finally made my decision and hoped I made the best choice. I had it since November 2022. It heats up really quick and steam fills the sauna. I am soaking wet when I’m done. I love that it is easy to assemble and disassemble for storage However my only problem I did not like the chair it was too low. I use my own. I wish it had a little more leg room. I’m 5’5 it probably won’t be comfortable for anyone taller than 5’5. Do I recommend? Yes I do!! 😀 ... show more

As in our Asian's culture, whenever we have a cold or flu, we usually get a package of Chinese herbs from our local herbs store, which cost about $10 and can be boil 2 to 3 times and inhale the steams and sweat out the bad "chi". This portable sauna helped us utilizing those herb package much more efficiently and safely. Back then, in my parents' time, they just had a boiling pot of those herb next to them and use a thick blanket to cover them and the pot to trap all the steams from the herb's pot. It was pretty unsafe so i never really tried to do it until now. After i found this item and bought it, my wife decided to try it out last week when she started feeling a cold coming down. We bought a herb's package and gave it a try. The sauna comes with an electric boiler's pot and has a hose to feed the steam into the portable sauna. We placed the herbs into a cloth bag and into the pot, fill it with water and turn it on. It took about 8-10 minutes for it to comes to boiling point (there are settings to control temperature and timers to turn off too). She sat in the sauna for about 20 minutes, there were lot of steams pushing out from the boiler's pot into the sauna, but not much evaporate out into the room, so i gotta say it helps traps the steams and heat pretty well. Not sure if the herbs actually worked, but she really liked it because it's super cheap to have this portable sauna and it's way more private than going to a gym and she actually felt relieved and relaxed afterward. Anyway, i don't think the chinese herbs is required to used, you can use essential oils with water and would probably create a same effect. ... show more

I liked the suana but the remote has never functioned at all. Even tried putting a new battery into the remote with no success. So, may not be all that comfortable, remote doesn't work, easy assembly, needs a longer attachment from steam generator to suana attach. After over a week of use I have to admit. I sure feel better.
