The chair that’s included is sized for a child. I used a patio chair that barely fits inside. Then had no room for my feet. Choose your chair carefully. The heat and steam worked better than expected.

This sauna is easy to set up and easy to use. Takes about 10 minutes to heat up and then it's ready to go. I follow the directions and turn it up to 9 and set the timer for 60 minutes. Then when I get in, I turn it down to 5 or 6. I enjoy using the sauna but wish the set up was better. The bar in the middle is a terrible design. I'm short, so stepping over isn't an option and crawling under is awkward. Instead, I disconnect the middle to get in then have to put my hands through the slots and try to get it re-connected. ... show more

I bought this for my daughters birthday. She is ex military and have aches and pains. She rides a PELETON bike. So when she got this, it was a game changer. She said she actually LOVES it! It soothes, relaxes, it really gets hot and she could literally fall asleep in it. Only bad thing was where the zipper is, it came apart, which put a hole in it, which the steam would escape. She had just got it. Thank goodness, I can sew, and I sewed it back together for her and it was fine. If I didn’t sew, she probably would have sent it back ... show more

The sauna I really want for my house is $6000, but being a college student with bills to pay I can’t necessarily afford that. I wanted something to take my pain relief and weight loss more seriously. The product is honestly better than expected. It’s easy to assemble, simple to operate, and it gets HOT. My brother and I have been using it and we stick to the first level (P1) and stay in it for 20-30 minutes. However, it does go up to 60 minutes and the temperature goes up to level 9 (P9) which is said to be about 149 degrees. But don’t play “Mr. Badass.” Know your limits. The purpose of a sauna is endurance, not how hot you can go because you will get lightheaded. I can’t speak for the storage/folding option of the sauna because I leave mine set up in my shed completely assembled, but there are some minor cons of the product. 1.) The first right off the bat is the chair. It’s super small, simple, and probably can’t hold a lot of weight. But the thing is, the company realizes that. They put this in with the sauna to make it a complete set so you can start using it as soon as you assemble it. So in the description they recommend you do get your own chair which was honestly no big deal to me. I’d rather them keep the price down than try to construct something I’m just going to replace. 2.) The remote feels quite cheap but I’m grateful for it. It does work but you have to be really close (like 2 or 3 feet from the machine) and have to point the remote directly at it. 3.) This is a con on the customers part: cleaning. The sauna does come with a sweat mat and after you’re done that thing is completely full of sweat. But after your session you may be too exhausted to take it out so you might leave it in there until your next session and when you do, it’s going to smell like pure ass… Just be sure to change and wash the mat and I’d also recommend getting some towels or something else to supplement the mat. Overall, if you don’t mind this little buggaboos, I think you’ll be very happy with your purchase like I am. Highly recommended. ... show more

I haven't left a review in forever, but I want others to know my experience. I have had Fibromyalgia for 5 years and I lost quality of life due to the pain. I have pain from head to toe - but my neck, back, shoulders, hands, ankles causes me extreme pain. Nothing works for me, if tried everything. (Everything lady?) Everything. I decided to purchase this sauna tent to see if I could find some relief and I did. It's not a miracle, but the heat and the help of removing toxins I felt better. I had some energy as well. As much as we all want to pamper ourself, most of the times we are so busy with daily chores that things like sauna seem a far off luxury. I am the same .. I do want to pamper myself at times and I so needed this portable sauna. There are a variety of designs available but this one caught my eye. Firstly I liked the color and shape. The coffee brown color matches perfectly with my cabinets. This came with very easy to use instruction booklet with detailed pictorial step by step instructions to set it up up. Its so easy to set this up and is ready to use within minutes. Disassembling is also very easy and takes just few minutes. That makes it east to store if you don't want to use it. Another great feature is your head is outside the sauna. I have problem inhaling hot air so for me going to regular sauna is out of question. I can't even keep the car heating on without getting dizzy. This feature makes it good for people like me . When you sit inside and zip up the bag, there is no steam coming out and that is exactly what I wanted. Two slits to stick your hands out is a well though of feature ... You can use your phone or tablet or read a book while enjoying the hot steam. Right next to the opening is a small pocket to keep the remote to turn on/off the steamer. This comes with small foldable chain that you can use to sit inside. Its small but sturdy and holds the body weight nicely. There is also a small mat. I am not sure if that was to keep outside sauna to absorb water when you step out . I use that small mat to place under the chair as i thin this will protect chair from ripping the bag and give it longer life. I also like that it heats up pretty quick and I don't have to wait for sauna to be ready to use. I have used this at home but am looking forward to carry it to our outdoor trips as well .
