The media could not be loaded. These are great pillows to use as a sham pillow. It's not too firm but firm enough to stand the sham up nicely. These are really nice pillows, particularly considering the price. I purchased two queen sized pillows with medium firm fill. The pillows are properly sized and fit queen pillowcases perfectly. The pillows are somewhat plump so provide good support, particularly for back or side sleepers. The pillows arrived compressed and vaccumed packed to save space in shipping. It said medium firm. I think it's slightly on the soft side. Medium firm, I think should hold it shape a bit and not depressed as much your head is on its. It does bounce back to it shape quick. Overall it is well made and soft.

I wish I’d read the reviews. I bought these to replace my old, squished pillows. These are just a squished. No support at all. I ended up just laying them on top of my old pillows for additional support, but it’s not ideal
