My floor in my bedroom is supposed to be medium shag carpet but after so many years it seems almost flat now. I have bad circulation in my legs and it causes them to swell and hurt so I bought one of these rugs for the end of the bed where I get dressed and I liked it so much that I bought a 2nd one to put beside the bed where I swing my legs over to get up during the night for the bathroom. I am extremely happy with my purchases and I am so much more comfortable that I didn't realize just how miserable I was without them.

I ordered two of these and they sent me two different rugs. In the first two pictures is the wrong rug. The other pictures are what it's supposed to look like. So I wanted to exchange the one that wasn't right and they sent me another one the was wrong like the first two pictures. Back it's going two rugs. Im keeping the correct one. I'm not attempting to do another exchange. I will say the correct rug is nicer. It's soft and more cushion. Plus it's fuller. The wrong ones the color was off the trim was not black and it was thin. You could see threw it the bottom side. So just beware if you order to check it out. If I didn't need a throw rug for that area of my living room I'd return the correct one but whomever built my home put the door to the crawl space in living room so gotta have a rug there. The price isn't bad either. I noticed some people saying about cleaning it. I did use my handheld vacuum instead of the regular one. It would suck it up. I don't think I'd wash it just spot clean.

We like the floor covering, I can’t really call it a rug, it’s soft but you almost feel like you could slip and fall because it’s so soft on top but not firm bottom likes rugs typically have. We like it to help warm up our wood floor, looks good. Easy to vacuum, have not washed it yet.
