Once first installed this hair is beautiful & thick but after the first wash it goes downhill from there. It tangles, sheds, frizzes & is so dry. I’ve tried to wash, moisturize & bring the hair back to life but I’ve been unsuccessful. I am so disappointed with the cost of the hair vs the quality. UPDATE: Since leaving this review the seller has contacted me to make this right. Their customer service is impeccable & they are very understanding. Knots were perfectly sized. Bleached like a dream, and the hair is perfect from root to tip. It’s definitely unprocessed and not dyed which I’ve had issues with before. It’s true to length, but not super pre plucked which again I really like. Prime shipping had it here in two days and in a few hours it was on my head. I’ve worn it consistently for two weeks and I had no issues. Even after bleaching it was no tangling (aside from normal curly hair tangles) or shedding. I will definitely purchase again. I love this hair but it didn’t come with a frontal like I asked,I was told yes. I had to buy a frontal from a different vendor. It color real well.
