It's very lightweight. The large surface area allows the handling of large pizzas. Just be careful when taking out a pizza. If you turn around too quickly the pizza will fly off! very smooth and slippery. Cleaning is fine. Not a big deal as long as you don't get any melted cheese inside the holes. If so, you can clean the holes by sticking a butter knife in them. ... show more
