This pizza peel is the perfect accessory for our ooni pizza oven. It is the perfect size and looks high end. It is thin and light. It was easy to take the pizzas on and off (as long as you coat the bottom of the pizza with cornmeal)! Would recommend.

We bought this to go with our new Ooni pizza oven. We love it, but there’s an art to getting the pizza off of the peel into the oven. Once you figure out the right amount of flour/cornmeal to use, this peel is great! It’s light enough to not strain your arm when the pizza is on it. The handle is easy to hold onto. We've been making homemade pizza almost every week, and this peel has made the process much easier. It's lightweight, easy to maneuver, and slides under the pizza well when launching and retrieving from the oven. We found that using semolina flour helps the dough release smoothly from the peel. After a little practice, transferring pizzas in and out of the oven became very straightforward.
