First, let me say that this peel is a great size, beautiful and built like a tank. I needed a 16-inch size and they are hard to find. The materials that make up this peel are very high quality so to me the price is in line with the quality of what you are getting. Of course with the larger size its a little harder to wield without bumping things The only complaint is that the top surface is polished to a mirror finish and unfortunately that creates a bit too much drag which makes the dough not slide as smoothly. It is not so bad that the dough sicks, but just needs a little flour on the peel to get good movement for the dough. Good product. ... show more
