Regular pizza cutters are hard for my 80-year-old hands to use, so I compared many blade-style cutters before I bought this Urbanstrive Pizza Cutter with Cover; I was concerned about the quality considering the price was so low (under $8.00 USD) but this little go-getter is extremely good quality, handy, and easy to store in the silicone blade cover that comes with it. It has a rocker blade and is 6" wide by 4" tall, so it fits easily into a drawer. The cutter is absolutely the best food gadget I've owned in a while! When cutting fresh and frozen pizza, the tool is easy to grip, cuts cleanly with little effort and fast! As a single senior, I often bake 1/2 pizza per meal, and frozen ones are usually hard to divide- but not with this little wizard! My biggest praise is how versatile this cutter is. Slices block cheese neatly and evenly. Glides through eggs boiled for salads. Juliennes potatoes neater than a kitchen knife, faster, with less effort. Cuts wieners and sausages easily and quickly. Makes cutting toasted sandwiches a breeze. The handle fits easily for old hands, and the rocker motion of the blade is a plus. I don't know how I managed (with arthritic hands) to do all those things before. I definitely recommend this cutter- in fact, it comes in so many colors I'm thinking about buying several for gifts!

I didn't know these existed or that I needed one until I saw it while perusing pizza pans. I was intrigued and immediately went to reading reviews about it. They solidified my conviction that I couldn't live without a new handy dandy pizza cutter. The amazing price was a added bonus. I had the hand held rolling pizza cutters which is the only kind I've ever used. One of my pizza cutters is newer and looks nice but sucks so I've never used it. The other is the standard plastic handle one everyone probably had back in the 80's or 90's which is probably about how long I've had it. Over the year's its become one of the wobbly ones people in the reviews talk about. It was still an extremely dependable cutter though so I was content with it until I wasn't after seeing this pizza cutter. I looked at a few different rocker type pizza cutters. Some big some compact. I decided upon this one because of all the positive reviews and because it's smaller so it won't take up much room in my utensils drawer. I ordered yellow because it's bright and easy to spot in the drawer. As I mentioned earlier the price was also awesome. Almost half or more than half, in some cases, of what others were charging. I was amazed at how nice this cutter is! It's nice and sturdy, the handle is comfortable and the perfect size to get a good grip enabling you to tackle whatever it is you're about to cut. I was quite surprised at how sharp it is. Very impressive. This baby is going to cut through a lot of things nicely. For me the compact size is perfect. I can smoothly cut a pizza in half with two cuts. No more hacking away with my old fashioned cutter. Hallelujah. Cleanup is a breeze with a quick hot water rinse after using then washing it (It's just me so I don't have nor want a dishwasher) after supper. The protective blade cover is a brilliant idea! Keeps the blade protected so it retains it's sharpness while being knocked around in my utensils drawer. I was so impressed with this pizza cutter that I ordered a red one to add to the gifts I will send to my brother for his birthday. He doesn't realize it yet but he also needs a new pizza cutter. He's going to love it.

This is just what I wanted and I’m glad it’s red because when I’d use it camping, I probably put it down to my left on my right side and usually have to stand up to figure out where I put it at at all. The red stands out just fine and the blade is nice and it comes very sharp. Put a small layer of olive oil over the blade and put it back in its holder. Very impressive and once again, the price point is excellent.

This pizza cutter works very well, and it comes with a nice blade guard that doesn't fall of when the cutter is in a drawer. The cutter fits my hand nicely and feels very natural to use. Just press it down where you want to cut and rock it back and forth. Doesn't take much effort and makes a clean cut.
