These are 5 star pillows!!! Highly recommend!!!! After they were fluffed and recuperated from their condensed packing, they were very “plump” and firm. Too firm for us, so I removed some of the stuffing as recommended until they were just right! And the leftover stuffing was put into another zippered pillowcase to make a third pillow. It was a WIN!!! Great Value, very luxurious and comfortable. I will buy again for our guest bed.

I waited to review until we used the pillows for a while. First of all, the package said to wait 24 hours for the pillows to reach full inflation, but in half that time our pillows were huge. Upon removing the case to wash, I did break the zipper IMMEDIATELY, so be careful. The pillows were much firmer than I expected, which was great for me, but they were to full and firm for my husband. On an up note, it was so easy to adjust his pillow size and we are both sleeping really well. The pillows are returning to their original form quickly still and though I read that some customers experience a chemical smell, my pillows had none of this (thank goodness!). As far as cooling, I didn't notice any cooling effect. Overall, I thought they were good value, and was happy with the quality.

Scared when the box was heavy and small, but vacuum shrink did it's job. Great firmness after 4 nights and comfy for side sleeper. Decent price. Do follow their instructions to sit for 24 hours to reach full size.

I ended up returning the $100+ pillow I bought from a luxury brand in favor of this one. It’s perfectly firm yet cushy and extremely supportive. One of the pillows in the pack ended up fluffing up and being firmer than the other, but I don’t mind since I use the second as a body pillow. The pillows also had a slight smell when I first opened the package, but after letting them air out for 24 hours (and putting them in the fresh air for an hour) they were completely fine. If you’re a memory foam pillow fan, it’s well worth the money!

I waited until I used this pillow to review since I read reviews about them. I actually like these pillows. I need a very firm pillow. I was not sure about these when I opened them since they are flat. The directions tell you how to fluff and massage them so that they fill out. I waited 24 hours and the pillow was full and firm. I slept comfortably on it and it did not flatten. There was no odor to the ones that I received and I am sensitive to odors. So far these have been good and I sleep all night.

I really like these pillows. Just the right height and firmness for me to sleep through the night I have a very sensitive nose so there was a slight oder at first. I put the outer cover in the dryer on low and sprayed the inner pillow with a little Fabreeze and it went away.
