This pillow is fantastic! It's amazing how a pillow can completely change your quality of sleep. The pillows come vacuum packed, so they need around 24 hours to fully fluff. After waiting a day, I used this pillow and it felt luxurious to use. Absolutely phenomenal pillow for the price. I'm a pretty small guy (5'3") and I sleep mostly on my side and this pillow has been comfortable whether I sleep on my back, turn onto my side or lay on my stomach. The shredded memory foam filling is so comfortable and has kept its firmness well from night to night over the last 2 months. The only 2 real gripes I have with it are that the memory foam CAN slide around during sleep. You could probably rectify this by buying more shredded memory foam to fill it so it's not a huge deal, but wanted to inform you that i think they could be just a little more stuffed. The other gripe is that the pillow is listed as a cooling pillow and they would be correct if you haven't been laying on it, but over the course of the night, my head will still feel hot. I'm not super upset at it, but I don't think the "cooling" part should be listed as a feature if my head still gets hot while sleeping.

Instructions say to allow 24 hrs. For pillows to expand to full size. I used my clothes dryer with heat turned off for about 20 minutes Worked great. Love the pillows.
