Quality material seems thicker than most not too thin the pillow stays extraordinarily cool. I love that. You can take the Phill out and get your customized size. I absolutely love it. It’s better than $100 pills that I’ve purchased now. I’ll just see how long they last until they collapses permanently, but so far so great.

I've now used these pillows for the past 2 weeks or so, and I can honestly say they're the best pillows I've ever bought for myself. I was a little skeptical, because I've seen how expensive some pillows can get...but these are incredible. I've always struggled finding the right balance of soft/firm, or even the right thickness - but being able to adjust the "fluffiness" to my preference, ease of washing, and them staying "cool" throughout the night is huge, especially for someone who tends to run hot at night. I can't speak to the shape retention quite yet, as I've only had them a couple weeks, but this far they haven't lost their shape at all. Overall, these pillows were an incredible bang for my buck, and my sleep quality has already improved.
