I don't leave very many product reviews. Those I do leave are for products that are very bad or products I'm very impressed with. These scissors easily fit into the second category. First of all, these scissors are VERY SHARP. I like the adjustment knob allowing you to adjust the tension. I'm a "Lefty" who was converted to doing things Righthanded when I was young. As a result I do things lefthanded as well as righthanded. Like all Lefties I know the frustration of scissors that are made for righthanded people. For those of you righthanded, yes there is a difference. Like most scissors these are made to be used righthanded, but simply turning them over makes them work just as well lefthanded. The fingerholes do not have the ergonomic design to be used only one way. they fit your fingers equally well either way. I had concerns regarding the finger rest, but saw where it was removable. Immediately upon receiving the scissors I unscrewed the rest and set it aside. Since only one of the handles is tapped for the finger rest to be screwed into I was sure it was intended for righthanded use and didn't see the need. After about a week of using the scissors to trim my beard, I decided to put the finger rest it back on and see if it helped or was an obstruction, as I suspected. After reinstalling it, I was pleased to find it does not get in the way and I actually prefer it with the finger rest installed. I use an electric trimmer to trim my beard, but there are always a few hairs it leaves a little long. If you work in an office and have a short to medium beard and like me want your beard to look professional, these scissors make quick and easy work of trimming your beard to look like you just got out of the barber's chair. If I have to find fault it would be the finger holes being just slightly smaller than I'd prefer. This was annoying at first, but not that big of a deal once I got used to it. These scissors are not like the scissors your wife keeps in the kitchen drawer or that you use to cut wrapping paper. With those you want larger holes, but for what these are used for, if you are like me, you will find these work very nicely and feel good in your hand. I would not hesitate to buy them again, if I ever lost this set. That is the only reason I can see the need to ever need to buy another set of scissors like these. They are extremely sharp and well designed. I'll never wear them out. If you are on the fence about which pair to buy, you can't go wrong with this set. they come in a nice carry case for travel and there is even an included comb that fits in the case with the scissors. Just so you don't think I'm being compensated for this review, I've received nothing from the company other than a product of the highest quality. If something should change regarding my opinion of these, I will update this review. If this is the last line you are reading of this review that indicates they are still working great. ... show more

These scissors are the perfect size for man sized hands. They were very sharp and easy to handle trimming a straight line or dealing with those grow any direction hairs; much more precise than electric trimmers.

Very nice scissors. I bought this pare to trim facial hair and they work great. Sharp no pulling but smooth. Have a nice case and a small comb which is nice. Had for a few months and have no complaints. Would buy again.

Well, truth be told, I never even expected the case would be anything but trash. So, in that regard, it did not disappoint. That said, the scissors are absolutely phenomenal for my beard and mustache; it too, did not disappoint! The price is absolutely worth it for these great scissors, but I'd gladly pay $10 more to get these with a respectable case. BTW, the snap pulled right out of my case on day 2. And really, if you're buying these for your face, you most likely already own a nice comb. However, if you do not and you like the idea of this one including a comb, move along. Still worth it for the scissors, but the comb is trash. Final thoughts ,BUY THE SCISSORS!!! You won't regret it ... show more
