This is a well-made, easy to use heat press. I appreciate the rounded corners on the platen. The control box is easy to use and accurate. The instruction manual is more detailed than most, but it could be more comprehensive. The machine comes fully assembled right out of the box. The only problem I had was one of the mug press heat wraps was missing from the 5-in-1 version. Contacting the excellent Amazon customer service in an online chat resolved the problem in no time. I am waiting to get two new heat elements in the mail.

This is a great machine for the price. I purchased this to make shirts with, but now I'll end up doing more with it! The machine came wrapped really good in the box. There were no broken or missing pieces. I tested all of the attachments and all of them worked. It heats up real fast so no waiting forever on that part. Easy to assemble and change parts around when you need to. It's not a solid metal machine, mostly plastic, but I don't really care as long as I can do my job properly I'm happy with it. I've had it for over a month and have used it at least 3 times a week and it's been working great! Highly recommend the seller! Thank you!

I bought this heat press in October 2021. I loved it, it held the temp, easy to use, had some problems with the swing arm, but I fixed that. Well, now, just a year after I purchased it, the control box went out. I contacted Vevor and they referred me to Vevor customer service through Amazon. I knew that I was out of warranty and just wanted to buy a new control box for it, so that I could keep on working. Well, guess what, they no longer offer the control box!!! After about 8-9 emails back and forth, they finally told me this and said that I might be able to find a control box elsewhere!! Gee, thanks!!! There are a lot of these Vevor heat presses for sale with the exact same control box that I had, so beware that this could happen to you too! The newer K-type control boxes do not work on these presses. I had to buy a new heat press and it WASN'T another Vevor that's for sure.

When you first get it you have to leave it on for awhile preferably by a door or window so you can let it air out because the oils burn so it will seem like it’s smoking, but once it stops doing it then your’e good to go. Also I have another press and when you close it the timer starts. This one you heat it to full settings then press play and then the timer starts. I hope this review helps with some of the things to expect. As far as how it presses it’s doing just fine. Once you get past the first part it’s actually a decent press. Customer service is excellent! I recommend this company.

Just received this today. I feel like it's a little different than what is pictured. A few screws and three screwdriver had oxidation but I plugged it in and so far all seems to be in working order. The top plate is a little wobbly and you have to manually square it up a little to press it down but I have never owned a heat press before and don't know if that is somewhat normal. I will try to update my review after I've used this for a bit. I purchased based on good reviews of same brand elsewhere. There's no name on it though.

The base is too small for the weight of the press. It needs to be clamped or bolted down to a table or it will fall and cause injury and/or a fire.

Great delivery! Fast! Press came a little loose but it comes with tools to adjust everything up. So far I've used the mug and shirt press. Shirt press works and heats up pretty good. Be mindful of your timing because it will burn your vinyl. Mug press doesn't heat up as efficient but it does the job. So far better than expected!!
