I bought this trimmer after getting a recommendation from a barber in San Diego. He specifically mentioned this exact “Professional Series” model, so I felt confident spending the money on it. Unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite of professional quality. I used it twice. Twice. And it already stopped working. It is fully charged but it is not strong enough to give a professional quality cut. Meanwhile, I still have a basic trimmer I bought at Walgreens five years ago that works better, runs stronger, and has never given me an issue. That says everything. For something marketed as “professional,” I expected durability, power, and reliability. Instead, I got something that feels cheaply built and unreliable.
