Whe we decided to buy a massage chair, I researched these very thoroughly. After all, this is a major financial investment, and I wanted to make sure we got one that had all the features we would want. After extensive research, we settled on this chair, and I'm happy to say, we made the right choice. Likes: 1. It fits both my husband and myself. He's 5'9," and over 200lbs. Even his size 13 feet fit in the foot rest. I'm 5'4," and a normal weight, with a size 7.5 foot. 2. The choice of massage features is great, and I still haven't tried them all. 3. The phone mag charger works well. 4. My iPhone 16 Pro Max's Bluetooth connected with the speakers immediately, and the sound quality is good. 5. I really like that I can adjust the massage to my liking. If I don't want the Shiatsu, I can change it to something else. 6. The chair is very comfortable, so much so that my husband tends to fall asleep in it. 7. While it's big, it doesn't take up as much space as I was afraid it would, and that's a good thing since we have a very small living room. The following are suggestions for improvement: 1. Lower the intensity of several features even lower than they already are. Even on the lowest setting, I still can't tolerate the Shiatsu, or the arm sleeve. My husband is fine with both, but for more sensitive people like myself, they're too much, and I'd really like to be able to use them. 2. Allow the head pillow to stay inflated. When it's not inflated, it's hard on my neck. To make it more comfortable, I ordered a recliner pillow, and that took care of that. 3. Make this available in brown or beige. At the time, the only choices we had were gray and black, so we chose gray. It isn't too bad, but beige or brown would have fit better with our decor. 4. I'd like for the control to stay lit during use. When we bought this, we also purchased the deluxe delivery, which included unpacking, placing it where we wanted it, and assembly. Even though this comes assembled, except for the foot rest, it would have been difficult for us as senior citizens, to assemble it, as the foot rest is pretty heavy. If you can't get the deluxe delivery, make sure you can unpack and get it in a door, because that in itself, is not at easy task. Another reason I bought this particular chair was the incredible customer service I received. I had lots of pre-purchase questions, and they answered all of them with lots of patience. After the purchase, when I had more questions and suggestions, they were still there with answers, and they thanked me for my suggestions. This gave me confidence that, if I have any problems with the chair, they will do everything they can to make it right. In conclusion, my husband and I are very happy with chair, and will use it for many years to come.

Recently purchased this one, during a spring sale. Delivery to room of choice was the biggest hassle because the first set of delivery guys refused to take it up the stairs, so the order got canceled. Ordered a second time, that delivery service was seamless but it helped that we decided to keep the chair downstairs. For the chair itself: It has rolling casters at the bottom so despite its weight it can be moved. The width is just shy of 30 inches so it can fit through most doors. It wouldn’t fit through our 2nd floor bedroom door, though, which is about 29.6 inches. The buttons on the chair and the handheld remote all work. Even though the guide says music will play on certain massage types ours does not, but the speakers work when using the Alice function or connected to Bluetooth device. Also, there is an incredible amount of massage types and settings. We have had it 2 weeks and haven't tried all of them yet. The biggest pro is that it lays relatively flat compared to most chairs. The back roller could be the stronger but under President Cosy, Muscle Relief, and Health Recharge they're decently strong. The feet massager can really pinch, believe what everyone says. Also, the LED lights on the side are nifty!

Okay, so thing is a rocketship. Wow it is sick. It does so many things. Totally adjustable to you on what your needs are. It does things to your feet that are incredible. Nothing like having a misuse at home. It's like a person. Well kinda. But it works amazing. Very easy to set up.

We've had the 4D Body Massage chair for 11 months and love it. I did a lot of research and was very nervous about buying a massage chair on line especially since the warranties are fairly short. My husband and I use the chair almost daily. We're in our mid-late 60's and physically in good shape other than some aches and pains here and there...hence the chair. I wish I got a commission for friends and family that have ordered the same chair after trying ours! Note we did order the extra warranty thru Amazon just in case. None of us needed thus far and hope we never do. One more note, the book is a little confusing but once you figure out the basics it's easy to operate.

I'm an extreme attention to detail type person. I researched massage chairs for over a year before settling on this one. This chair was the right balance of features for the price. The things I would change are: 1. you can't turn off the Bluetooth function, the chair legit turns itself on and starts a session bc it's listening (so we have to keep it unplugged). 2. The foot massage hurts on almost every setting. 3. In order to use the air massage for the hands, you need to be tall. There's a nubby half-ball that should sit under your palms, but my arms aren't long enough unless I sit with them literally held stick straight. 4. In order to return to start/upright position you have to turn it on, then off again quickly, which is odd. It doesn't automatically sit you back up once a cycle is complete. 5. It's brand new (we've had it 2 months, got in Dec 2024) and already occasionally one of the hands will slip out of place (almost as if it jumps off track, which is startling). This concerns me for longevity. Other: delivery was as expected, however they sent 1 man for a 3 person lift job. I felt bad for him (and could see no way he wouldn't drop/possibly break it, so I helped). It was very well packaged. Pros: solid build/heavy, lots of choices for different automatic programs, easy to assemble the foot portion (but this does require 2 people), the handheld is on the R and we're all right handed (most chairs position it on the L), heat on the back is as expected/good, the color of the chair fits in perfectly in my living room *but the cover (which we have to use religiously bc the cats would destroy it otherwise) is black, which unfortunately makes the chair an eyesore. I wish I could find this exact, oversized cover in light gray or beige (any light neutral color).

Very bad Quality Control System of Vendor. It arrived and when installer assembled it’s vital function and features of Massage Rollers were not working the mechanism was not moving on SL Track at all. The Yoga Starching and few other features were not working. I am in process of returning and getting back my payment

Excellent. I bought this to release my back and neck pain. My husband swore he wouldn't use it. Needless to say he uses it more than me. He loves how it loosen his muscles after a workout. We might have to buy another one to follow the life rules: Happy Wife Happy Life!
