The five stars are for the customer service* The best way I know to describe this bike, is if you took all of your friends bikes growing up and mash them into one. It’s a mountain bike, ‘10’ speed, and BMX on 2 wheels.. It’s not going to win any major quality contests (imo), if you’re used to pro grade bikes. But it is a cool package! It’s a great platform to learn to work on/modify your whip.     • Best bang for the buck, pleasantly surprised at the quality
I was skeptical of purchasing this at the price point, and very much proven wrong by the quality and performance. Nice welds, perfectly tuned and assembled (I only had to install the handlebars to the stem, put the front wheel on, tighten pedals and put the seatpost in the frame. No brake or shifter adjustment necessary, performs flawlessly. Nice finish on frame and fork, wheels perfectly true, actual name brand Kenda puncture resistant tires, shimano shifter/derailleur. I couldn’t ask for more at this price, or even double. Fully assembled it weighs 30.10 lbs, measured with a Park Tools bicycle scale, which is within a pound of a Big Ripper that doesn’t even have a cassette or derailleur/ shifter or front brakes! If I had to complain about one thing, it’s that the stem is painted gold, not anodized, so it is flaking a little near the bolt holes. Customer service was excellent too, due to some UPS abuse I needed a couple of missing pieces and they took care of it promptly and were very friendly. ... show more

Horrible customer service. The bike came with a stripped crank so the pedal only worked for a few rides before it fell out in the middle of a ride and between them and Amazon hiding behind one another returning it is on me and very costly. They literally want me to pay for all deliveries both ways and then get paid back. It’s ridiculous. I would never buy Ono again. ... show more
