He's used it several times since Christmas, cooking everything from fajita skirt steak to hamburgers on it, and he loves it. It fits perfectly on his grill, and everything seems to cook evenly on it. I'm certainly enjoying the end results! It's very versatile and really expands the range of what he can use the grill for. As the person who does the dishes after he cooks, I can say that clean up is easy thanks to the non-stick ceramic coating. Finally excited to see such a well known brand create a high temp griddle that I can use on my charcoal grill! The first time user experience was flawless. Even though it wasn’t designed specifically for the Weber kettle, I was eager to give it a try and was not disappointed. This truly is non stick. It handles the heat of charcoal directly below it just fine. The photo doesn’t do it justice - the sear we were able to achieve on this large cut of beef was phenomenal. Next up is some smash burgers. I can’t wait to use this griddle all the time. The only thing I could wish for is a 22 inch version!

I got this griddle because flipping tiny vegetables through grill grates is a personal insult. Good news: it fits well, sits securely, and works exactly as advertised. Everything cooks evenly, nothing sticks, and I no longer lose half my onions to the fire gods. The ceramic coating is legit...eggs, veggies, and even delicate foods slide around like they’re on a cooking show. The quality feels solid and well-made. It heats up nicely and handles high grill temps without drama. Cleanup is refreshingly easy, which is honestly half the reason I grill in the first place. That said… I do wish it was just a little bigger. Not by much; just enough so I can cook everything at once instead of playing “what goes on the griddle next?” like a short-order cook with limited counter space. Pros: fits well, good quality, good value, truly non-stick, cooks evenly. Cons: I wish it was slightly larger, and if you overload it, things can crowd faster than expected. Overall, it’s a great griddle that does its job extremely well...just be prepared to cook in batches if you’re feeding a crowd or feeling extra ambitious.

This has been a game changer for me on my round Webber charcoal grill. No more grease flareups cooking directly on the grates. The included round stand on this sets the griddle up and grease drains out the two side vents on the griddle. I love it…. Make sure you’re following the directions to oil it and don’t try to wash it until it is completely cooled down. It’s super easy to clean and provide a fantastic work surface. I love that you get a charcoal flavor on your food without all the flare ups on direct grate cooking. It’s very well made and the addition of handles is a nice feature as well. I’m cooking more often on the Webber outside since acquiring this griddle. We had the best pancakes ever the other day cooked on this griddle outside - They were delicious.

Excellent product. I honestly bought it to give my cheap round charcoal grill a griddle surface for cooking, not the Kamado or Green Egg. It works great. Ceramic coating and non-stick worked well also. No need to season and then maintain seasoning like a blackstone. It obviously isn't as big as a blackstone, but I really wanted it for searing and some simple cooking. Works great. Highly recommend

Looks great on my pit boss 24 inch Komodo grill. The ring is actually too small to use it without either my ceramic heat deflector or the original grate, but otherwise is a great fit. Haven’t tried cooking on it yet but it appears to be well made, except I’m a little concerned at the ceramic coating might chip off after use. The drain already has some of it chipped off (see photo). The handles were a little interest to install as they look backward but that’s so in a smaller grill it wouldn’t catch the lid so it makes sense. I like that it has a small drain for juices to drain off, even with the ceramic coating might chip blemish

Grilling all around is simply fun for those who love and appreciate it. In the end, when well done, it is like interactive art in a way. I love it. From smoking to broiling to all manner of direct/indirect heat combos, there is simply so much one can do. Add in this high-quality ceramic coated griddle, and for me, it's like having a flattop from one of the old grill restaurants I used to have at various resorts and hotels. Especially for specialty events, like a pancake station, etc... It's a winner. Looks amazing, cooks the same. Total win in my opinion. I love having the option of going from grates to frying and back again with relative ease.
