These flood lights checked off a few boxes for me: Motion detection - works great! Smart/Wi-Fi enabled - app isn’t great but it’s good enough. There are many options for brightness and warmth/cool shades of light. The scheduler has the am/pm swapped on one of the screens which I figured out thanks to other reviews. Once you get past that, it does work. Dawn to Dusk function - does not work! This setting is within the app so I’m not sure if it’s a photocell issue (hardware) or an app issue (software), but it didn’t work, which is why I had to use the scheduler. The original pairing of the light was also tricky if you don’t know what you’re looking for. I recommend you pair before mounting it if you have a way to set that up, because if you miss the lights blinking for setup the very first time you connect it to power then the only way to get it into pairing mode again is to disconnect the power multiple times. We used one as a normal floodlight function at the front of the house and the second as light on the side of the house. Because we could control the brightness of the light, we weren’t worried about the side light being too bright and shining onto the neighbor’s property and their rooms. We live in an area where the houses are packed in pretty closely. Disappointed in the dusk to dawn featurw not working, but otherwise it’s been great for our needs.

I have mixed feelings about this light. There are some aspects I really like, and others that that leave me scratching my head and wondering if I should return the three that I bought and start over with some other brand. Conclusion? I should have. Read on. My impressions... the light housings are metal and seem pretty rugged. The "base" of the fixture and the motion sensor are plastic, but appear to be decent quality. The angle of the center light section can be adjusted vertically only - not side to side - and the vertical adjustment is not fine at all. The way the "stops" are designed do not allow for fine adjustment of the angle. Then again, you really don't need fine adjustment because these lights have a VERY wide angle of dispersion. The two lights on the side can be adjusted side-to-side as well as up and down, making it easy to get very wide light coverage from this fixture. The lights themselves are very bright, in my opinion, and the color temperature can be adjusted with the app. Unfortunately, there is no display of actual color temperature - you just have to eyeball it. I set the color temperature dead center, which give a pleasing pure white light, with no hint of orange or blue. The motion sensors seem to be of average sensitivity, and not very impressive. I've been testing and observing the operation of the lights and sometimes they don't detect me walking through the sensing field, and sometimes they get activated when nothing is moving in the sensing field. Weird. As for the "smart" functions, the results are mixed. After connecting the lights to the Onforu app on my phone, I added the Onforu skill to Alexa and was able to control the lights by voice as well as incorporate them into my various lighting routines, such as being triggered when a Ring cam detects motion. However, I've found that the operation via Alexa is not reliable. One or more of the fixtures will randomly go "offline", and this happens fairly often. This offline failure could result in a light staying on indefinitely if it happens to go offline when Alexa is trying to turn it off, or not coming on at all when a Ring cam detects motion in the yard. At first I thought the offline issue may be due to a low signal from the router due to distance, but the Onforu app is telling me that my lights are receiving a respectable signal of about -55db, which is not bad at all, and I don't have trouble my other "smart" devices randomly going offline very often. All in all, I REALLY wanted to like these lights, but have been disappointed by the performance and reliability of the "smart" aspect of the product. I like the quality construction and the brightness of the lights, but the "smart" functionality has been a significant source of aggravation and will be the reason for returning the lights to Amazon. Update: the manufacturer reached out to me after reading my review. They wrote ... "We would like to express our deepest apologies again for all the inconvenience. This is a really rare case, we have told our R&D team and they will pay attention to it. To show our sincerity, we are happy to provide you a refund service for the defective items. ... And for your convenience, you don’t need to send these units back, just keep them." Sounds good, right? Too good to be true actually. We exchanged a few messages and I sent them the information they asked for, but then they kept stalling and asking for pictures and offering useless suggestions. I believe this stalling technique is intended to make the customer give up in frustration, which it did in my case. I'm done.

This is one of the most satisfying purchases that I've had in awhile! The hardware quality is solid, and the instaillation and set up with the app went as smoothly as it could have gone. Usually, there's a little hiccup here and there when setting up something like this, but this was clear sailing all the way. I was replacing another light that was too bright, and too white. The dimmable range is great, and I'm very happy with the range of colors availalbe and the quality of the light. I set it up with Alexa controlling the on and off times — I haven't set up the motion detecting, and not sure I'm going to use that. Easy 5 stars from me!

It was very easy to install, i used it to replace a porch light. Make sure you have the app installed prior to use, and create an account. When you power on the light for the first time, it goes directly into set up mode ( for 3 minutes). If you're prepared for this, its easy-peasy. Works well with alexa. Works well for movement detection. I have it mounted right over a doggie door for my half-blind dog, so she can see at night. It sees my little dog and turns on. In the app, you can adjust the brightness, and how long it stays on when detecting motion.

This is a great light for our back yard. Very easy to install and lights up all of the area we hoped for, all the way to the woods, maybe 50 yards. (It would go further if I had tipped the lights up.) Now we see all of our nightly deer neighbors on our security cameras.

Great light and very bright once you adjust it thru the app. Side note: if installing to a direct line with no switch you will have to touch the wires a few times to put it in learn/discover mode before you mount it to the wall completely or you'll learn the hard way like I did and basically Uninstall it back to the connection
