The way this blanket has helped me with my sleep is mind blowing. I got this to help me sweat but I noticed that every time I used this near bedtime I PTFO. I don’t even need to take my melatonin. I just make sure to finish 2 hours before bedtime so my body relaxes from the good stress. I’m taking 1 star off because of the false advertising of the insert blanket. It does not have a insert blanket. It’s just a regular microfiber blanket that is very narrow. It’s easy to set up and put away. Love that it’s portable.

This was highly recommended to me by my fitness instructor after I complained about sore muscles. He mentioned that a something like a sauna blanket might help, even with only 20 minutes of use. I decided to give it a go. My body was very sore after an intense workout session 3 days in a row. I was surprised at how easy it was to use this. The temperature was set to 140 and I enjoyed it for 30 minutes. My body felt so relaxed. It felt like I walked out of the sauna room. The quality of this sauna blanket is great. The best part is that I can carry it to any room of my house and enjoy it either in my bedroom where it is quiet or in the playroom while watching my kids (not as relaxing though).
