Excellent fit and quality build and performance
Color: Obsidian Titanium Set name: Watch3
This is a great buy. It works really well and its battery lasts at least three days with normal use. It feels great on your wrist, it's big enough to look masculine if you like that in your watch but it's not a monster of a watch. Good quality build and feels like it's a very good quality build, definetively better than its competitors. A little pricey but it seems to be worth it because it is but to last and is very good quality. ... show more

My Official Review of the OnePlus Watch 3 : AKA “The Watch I Loved...Until It Betrayed Me
Color: Emerald Titanium Set name: Watch3
Review Image by JASON MILLER
Let me start by saying this: The OnePlus Watch 3 is gorgeous. Titanium bezel, sapphire crystal, 120‑hour battery, dual‑engine wizardry, Wear OS smoothness—this thing looks like it should come with its own theme music and slow‑motion entrance. I wanted to love it. I tried to love it. But I made one fatal mistake… I bought it as - Used – Very Good from amazon. And that, my friends, is where the horror movie begins. 🚨 WARNING: DO NOT BUY THIS WATCH USED. EVER. UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. If you see a used OnePlus Watch 3 for sale, I want you to imagine a big neon sign flashing: “LOOKS FINE BUT IS SECRETLY BRICKED.” Here’s why: 🧱 Android’s Factory Reset Protection (FRP) When someone resets this watch, it becomes spiritually attached to the original owner’s Google account. Not metaphorically. Not emotionally. Legally. Cosmically. Eternally. Unless the original owner removes it from their account (spoiler: they never do), the watch becomes: A bracelet A paperweight A tiny titanium UFO A $350 reminder that life is pain You cannot set it up. You cannot pair it. You cannot bypass it. You cannot sweet‑talk it. It will not love you. Used OnePlus Watch 3 = Parts Only Every. Single. Time. 🤦♂️ “But I’ll just resell it later!” No you won’t. If you reset it before selling, the next buyer gets the same FRP lock. Congratulations—you’ve just passed the cursed object to the next victim like it’s a haunted amulet from a 90s horror movie. Android could fix this by letting you remotely remove the watch from your account. Or send you a notification like: “Hey, someone’s trying to set up your old watch. Want to let them in or smite them?” But no. Instead, it silently locks the device and walks away like a villain in a trench coat. ⭐ Now, the good news If you buy it new, this watch is fantastic. Big, bright, beautiful screen Premium feel Titanium bezel that makes you feel like you’re wearing a gadget from a spy movie Buttons that click and twist like they were engineered by someone who actually cares Fits great on larger wrists Battery life that laughs at other smartwatches It’s legitimately one of the nicest Wear OS watches out there. Just… don’t buy it used. Don’t do it. Don’t even think about doing it. If you see a used one for sale, walk away like it’s an ex who texts “hey stranger.” 🎯 Final Verdict Buy it new = Amazing watch. Buy it used = Congratulations, you now own a titanium coaster. I’m returning my used one, getting my refund, and ordering a brand‑new unit like a responsible adult who has learned his lesson the hard way. If this review saves even one person from the FRP nightmare, my suffering was not in vain. ... show more

Just buy it!!!
Color: Obsidian Titanium Set name: Watch3
I spent a good 4 months debating with myself if I should buy this watch or not. I watched every single YouTube review I could find. End of August I finally decided to buy one because Amazon finally had them for sale. September 1st I flew to Iceland for a 12 day vacation. It was the perfect time to see watch this battery life claim was all about. The 16 day battery in Power Saver mode. I thought no way that could be true. I'm coming from a Galaxy watch 6 classic that I had since they first got released and the battery on those things are horrible. I was charging that thing twice a day. It didn't start out quite that bad but the last 6 months was really bad. Anyway, with the Oneplus watch 3 in Power Saver mode you can track all of your workouts, including using GPS, get all your notifications, use Heart rate monitor, timers, alarm clock. Basically everything I was using on my galaxy watch. I got a total of 17 days of battery on one charge. Charged it to 100% on September 1st before flying to Iceland. Flew home on September 13th and didn't put it back on the charger until September 17th mid day. I couldn't believe it. I still can't believe it. Now I switch back and forth between Power Saver mode and Smart watch mode because contactless payments and the ability to use Gemini can only work in Smart watch mode. I still get over a week per charge. GPS tracking has been extremely consistent for me. I walk the same route every day. All open sky. No tree cover or tall buildings. I start and stop tracking at the exact same spot and so far every day has been 6.34 miles. The watch will tell you every mile you walk and how long it took to get that mile and every day each mile is at the exact same spot. Very impressive. So far I love this watch. Is it as accurate as a Garmin? Probably not. But I'm way happier with this than my Galaxy watch. Samsung, Google pixel, Apple watches can't compete with this Battery life. I no longer have battery anxiety with this watch. ... show more

It Good!

1 Month later 1/30 even happier but I got mine on black Friday for two forty nine so look for it to go on sale because the new model must be coming out soon. Wow, I am really impressed and I have tested most of the smart watches out there. My last watch was the OnePlus 2 I got on sale for 40 off was good but basically overnight they put the 1+3 on sale for 100 off so yeah that happened and that's why I am happy I used Amazon for my purchase besides I can finance zero interest thank you. My watch before that was the Ticwatch Pro and it was fun but to many glitches and their support is horrible. So just to clarify the Ticwatch and OnePlus are totally different watches. The TW has ultra low power display (ULPD) and OnePlus uses the always on display app totally different and honestly that is the best part of the TW. All that considered this is a far superior device. The sensors work better and the display is amazing plus the battery is awesome and it just works good. I still want to try a Google watch someday but hopefully the design something for a man that doesn't look like a woman's watch just bigger. Regarding Apple... Nope, not gonna do that. I highly recommend this watch so far and if I have any issues with the hardware or service I will update this review. ... show more

Almost exactly what I want
Color: Obsidian Titanium Set name: Watch3
Watch is great and I love the display so far. My debit card can't connect to my watch, so TTP unavailable, so I wish it had that functionality. Which sucks cause my Apple Watch ultra paired just fine. So I use my phone to pay. Everything else is amazing tho, including the sleep tracker!

Very impressed so far
Color: Emerald Titanium Set name: Watch3
Live up to the claims. Battery life is great for a Wear Os watch. Getting 4-5 days without turning features off, Not used GPS though nor turned on power savings. Don't have always on display turned on either. My watch 7 did not come close. At $250, it's a great value particularly in light of durability and materials. I'm male with relatively small wrists but the size is fine and comfortable. OnePlus seems to pay attention to customers. In a market where manufacturers charge double for marginal improvements and still sell multiple versions back to keep prices high, it's refreshing to see real feature upgrades, quality materials, and reasonable pricing. Pretty sure this is a keeper. ... show more

6 month follow up review - not so good!
Color: Obsidian Titanium Set name: Watch3
Review Image by Just Bob
L-O-N-G battery life - Q-U-I-C-K charging! I had a Galaxy Watch 4 that was OK, but the battery life was horrible! Got about a 26-28 hours of use before I had to charge it. Wasn't the easiest to use. My wife needed a new watch, so after researching the choices she got a One Plus Watch 3. We were VERY impressed with the battery life - 5 to 7 days! And, it was VERY user friendly! So I ordered the One Plus Watch 3 Obsidian. W-O-W!!! I am so impressed with the battery life! Charges really quickly when you finally need to. Is so much easier to use. My Galaxy is sitting on the shelf as is the Fitbit that I wore on my other wrist because the Galaxy was so difficult to use. Looks really nice and fits my wrist well. Would buy another one in a heartbeat!! FOLLOWUP - Well, we're 6 months down the road and I have a watch with multiple cracks in the crystal. Over $250 to repair! There is a VERY slight sharp edge to the crystal that seems to catch on anything and everything. What I said in the initial review is still accurate, however, easily breakable crystals do OUTWEIGH the positives. Will be looking for something else to replace it! I have worn watches for at least 65 years and can count on one hand the number of crystals I've broken and still have fingers to spare! ... show more

A good watch with some frustrating exceptions
Color: Emerald Titanium Set name: Watch3
I've been wearing this watch daily for about 4 months. The battery life is fantastic. I keep it in power save mode all the time because all of the features I need are available there. The watch lasts roughly a couple of weeks between charges. On power save mode, I can't respond to texts from the watch, and I can't use apps like Spotify from the watch, but I don't need those features. It does have all of the activity tracking available in power save mode. The fitness trackers as far as counting steps and distance seem to be accurate to me. More accurate than a cheap Garmin I used before. I like that I can use standard watch bands to replace the one it comes with, unlike the Pixel watch that has a proprietary setup where you have to purchase bands from Google. Some things I don't like: - One of the options to have on the watch face is the sunrise and sunset time. I use this to plan my morning and evening walks. We are about a month into daylight savings time, but the sunrise/sunset times are still standard time. Not a big deal, but seems like that would be easy to fix. - One of the reasons I bought this watch was because I liked the analog watch faces available. Many of them look very classy. The frustration is that most watch faces have very limited customization. For a lot of faces, if I don't want to see Kcal and would rather replace it with something else, I can't. I can on some faces, but not on most. This seems like it would be SO easy to fix because a couple of watch faces are fully customizable. I know I can download custom watch faces, but that limits battery life and I can't use it on power save mode. - Sleep Tracking is not great. The first night I used it, I was awake for a while in the middle of the night. The sleep tracking did show I was awake, but only for a few minutes. I thought it was likely inaccurate, but not a big deal. The second night I wore it, I woke up in the middle of the night and could not go back to sleep. I got up, went downstairs and ate a snack, then sat at my desk and did some writing before going back to sleep. The watch showed I was asleep the entire night! How is that possible? I don't actually wear it most nights so sleep tracking is not important to me, but it should work better than that. Overall, I don't regret buying this watch. It does most of what I need and I found a watch face that gives me the information I want. I just wish I could customize all of the watch faces. I recommend this watch if you can live with the limitations described here. ... show more
