I’ve been taking this vitamin for about a week ( I wanted to wait a bit and see if anything changed ) And here are my tips/things to note: - Please please please eat a DECENT sized breakfast or food in general. This is a big pill and will absolutely make you nauseas if you don’t eat - I, personally, ate a starch/protein heavy breakfast and then waited an hour after taking the pill. Don’t recommend moving heavy right away or else you get slight vertigo - This pill really boosted my energy a ton! I used to take like 4 hour naps and now I don’t feel the need to take any! - This does make you poop. Haven’t experienced any vomiting but definitely more solid poop which is a 10/10 for me - This is NOT a diet pill. It will not make you lose weight. But this is really good for suppressing appetite. I would constantly need to eat/snack but this really helps. - Good source of Vitamins. Highly recommend. - try to make a routine time for it. ( I take it at 9am everyday ) but I just feel it’s better on the stomach

I’m on yet another weight loss journey and I never review Amazon products so for me to take the time to write one means I really want to share my experience so far. I’ve dieted so many times I’ve lost count but the cravings kill me and my metabolism has never been stable. I’m sure it’s genetic because I do come from a family of larger set people and although I am the smallest one out of all of them I am still overweight. During all my other diets I would just try to reduce my calorie intake. I’ve never gone on any specialty diets. (keto, cleanses, etc.) just intake less calories and I would have success the issue is that cravings and eventually I’d obviously end up just eating as I used to and slowly gain the weight back. I’m sure vitamins have a different effect on everyone but this diet I am doing my normal method which is just to be more conscious of my calorie intake and reduce them but also add this as a vitamin to make up for the deficit in food. I also read that it helps with an active metabolism to I thought that may help maybe burn fat faster. I am more than pleased with this product. I suspect that possibly I may have had a vitamin deficiency after being on this product for only a few days and I do have a follow up with my doctor this coming week to speak to them about that to confirm but just from how I feel to my cravings. I see no other explanation but I think my cravings were contributed to lack of certain vitamins. I feel satisfied with food and find myself still counting calories but when reaching for a lower calorie food that I am satisfied and don’t feel the hunger afterward or atleast that I’m not full and could eat more. I also have always had chronic fatigue. I do have depression and other medical issues and I nap almost everyday. I just find myself tired constantly and now I feel more awake. More alert. I find myself in a better mood and again I feel like this could be a medical issue with me maybe pertaining to a lack of some of the vitamins that are in this. But, the last point I’m going to make is I’m already losing weight. Consistently and it feels easier and less of will power. My appetite has decreased and I already feel better. I’ve lost 4 pounds in 5 days. I do follow a more strict diet when I do attempt to do this and of course I’m not going to say that if you only take these and don’t change your exercise or eating habits that you will see any change. But, for a woman who has always struggled with losing weight and keeping it off this is an asset to my new weight loss journey. The only negative I can say about them is they’re big and taste bad. But, since I was a child I’ve hated taking vitamins and the smell reminds me of the vitamins I hated taking every morning when I was a kid but I’ve just been taking them with a nice big gulp of lemon water in the morning to mask the taste. Also, I do suggest you take them with something in your stomach. Even if it’s small. It does say it on the bottle but one morning I didn’t and had a wave of nausea that lasted 5 minutes or so. So, I wanted to give this a good try before leaving a review. Take it with water, and eat first!! These do make me feel like I'm going to vomit, but I timed it. It's about 3 minutes of feeling like you're going to be sick, and then I'm perfectly fine. It's odd. After that 3 minutes it's like nothing happened. I've never actually thrown up. So there's that. They do give me energy and keep me from being hungry, which is good. I guess the point I'm making here is, if you can stand that feeling for a few minutes, it's worth it.

It’s a good vitamin but if you don’t take it with a carb (ie. Cereal, bagel no cream cheese ) or a yoghurt, it can make you throw up. I heavily advise taking just water or a fluid with it and avoid any type of greasy or heavy breakfast for about 30 minutes. Judging from the reviews everyone’s stomach is different but when I advised this particular way of taking it to my friend, she stopped having issues as well.

My favorite thing about this is the energy. 9/10 times I used to have to drink an energy drink at work. If it wasn’t right at 8am it was at 1pm after lunch. With this pill, I feel great and energized all day! I haven’t needed to drink an energy drink since I’ve taking these consistently. Yes it also is helping with my metabolism and I feel more full and don’t have nearly as many sugar cravings while at work. I don’t feel as bloated and I’m better about not over eating. Sometimes it makes me feel a little nauseous if I eat to much. Which is interesting and some people might not like it but for me- I think it’s really teaching me a lesson that I don’t need all those sweets lol. I have the biggest sweet tooth and we alwaaayyyss have treats at work from clients so this is really great for me. Overall, very happy with this vitamin.

This is my third day of taking these pills. I make sure to have them every morning after a meal, as I read that it's the recommended way to take them. I do experience some mild nausea, but it's manageable and only lasts for about an hour. I believe the nausea might be lessened because I'm eating before taking the pills. On the downside, I've experienced diarrhea, which was quite unexpected and inconvenient, to say the least. It took me by surprise, and I ended up having to clean my bathroom late at night. So, if you're considering taking these pills, make sure to have a bathroom nearby and keep some cleaning products handy, just in case. Despite the side effects, I have noticed a positive impact on my energy levels, which is a definite plus. The pills do work, but it's essential to weigh the potential collateral effects before deciding to take them.

I've been taking these vitamins for years. The energy you feel could be a little too much at first BUT eat something with these vitamins, NOT on an empty stomach. Gives great energy and actually curves hunger WHILE providing the vital nutrients we need. REMEMBER! EAT SOMETHING or you'll be throwing up the water you drank it with lol but not lol.
