If you want them to last, take one side seal off and add grease. I used for one side sealed application for greaseable garden tractor spindles , when I removed one side seal the amount of grease installed in each bearing at manufacturer varied greatly, from good amount to no way near enough grease for long lifespan sealed bearing.
