    • Worth It!! Postpartum Rebalance Miracle.
Easy to swallow. The smell is very minimal and kept well concealed in the pill packet instead of a bottle. I've had issues in the past with my stomach with these kinds of vitamins, but NOT this one. I credit this as THE THING that helped rebalance me and get me back to feeling myself postpartum!!

I took the ones day prenatal and then switched to these after having baby. I like the product as there is no weird smells or taste compared to other natal vitamins I have tired. My hair and nails are also super healthy so I know they work

I wanted a multivitamin to take when I was still breastfeeding. I had to stop my prenatal vitamin when my iron levels got too high. I was thankful that there was this option, it has the recommended amount of iron for breastfeeding and the DHA for baby’s brain development. The smell is fine, no weird burps after taking it. I really like these vitamins because they do work. All you do need is one a day, it’s simple and easy. I normally take it with my first meal of the day, no matter what time it is. I used to have a low iron tolerance, iron pills would mess me up but these aren’t super strong in iron so it’s gentle on the tummy. Only thing about them I would change is there is a tiny taste to them and smell when you open it. But I don’t mind too much it’s not terrible. AlsoMy nails used to be pretty brittle all through out my pregnancy even when I was on prenatal vitamins that the OB gave me. But when I started taking these about a couple weeks after labor, my nails got super strong and healthy looking. I took these pills for a few months and nails stayed strong, I’m buying these again because I have run out. I haven’t tried any other brands, these work fine for me. ... show more

    • Has improved my mental health postpartum
These vitamins have helped me have less postpartum issues. I’ve had 2 kids and experienced postpartum 1 without these vitamins and with them and I will say I was more mentally stable and my hair and nail health was better as well when taking them.
